In this inner journey,

Veils that mask your true essence,

Your luminous and unlimited nature that patiently waits to be recognized and liberated.

Each of these labels carries within it a story,

Often woven from past experiences,

Cultural or family conditioning,

External judgments and expectations that,

Over time,

Can restrict your perception of yourself and limit your infinite potential.

Through this meditation,

You will be invited to identify these subtle veils and gently release them,

Allowing your true,

Free and authentic identity to fully emerge.

Take a deep breath in,

Then exhale slowly,

And already feel a wave of light relaxation beginning to spread through your body.

With each inhalation,

Imagine that you are welcoming a pure,

Clear and soothing energy.

And with each exhalation,

Allow your body to release tensions,

Worries,

Everything that no longer has a place in this present moment.

Now imagine that a soft,

Soothing light begins to envelop you.

A light that is neither too bright nor too dim,

It begins to surround you like a protective cocoon,

And this light now begins to diffuse through your body,

Like a light mist that gently infiltrates you.

It starts with your feet,

Enveloping them in a sensation of deep well-being.

This luminous mist slowly rises up your legs,

Soothing every muscle,

Every tissue in its path.

It brings with it a sensation of lightness,

As if the very weight of your legs began to dissolve.

It continues its ascent and now reaches your pelvis,

Your abdomen,

Diffusing this same sensation of calm and deep relaxation.

You can feel your breathing becoming fuller,

Freer,

As this light envelops your torso.

The light continues its path,

Now enveloping your chest,

Your heart,

And perhaps you can feel a gentle warmth spreading in this region,

Like a soothing balm on the invisible wounds that you may carry.

It then moves toward your shoulders,

Dissolving accumulated tensions,

Freeing you from the weight of responsibilities that you carry day after day.

Your shoulders lower slightly as they completely relax.

This beneficial light continues to flow down your arms,

To the tips of your fingers,

Bringing a sensation of lightness and liberation.

It now moves up to your neck,

Areas where we often accumulate a lot of tension.

Feel how these regions relax as this light gently envelops them.

The light finally reaches your face,

It relaxes your jaw,

Your forehead,

All the little facial tensions dissolve in this soothing light.

I now invite you to repeat after me,

I allow myself to be free from all identities that limit me and to discover my true essence.

Now imagine that you are standing in front of an ancient,

Beautifully crafted door.

This door is both imposing and inviting,

As if it had been waiting for you forever.

On this door,

You notice engraved inscriptions,

Words,

Definitions,

And labels.

Looking closer,

You recognize the identities you have carried throughout your life.

The roles,

Expectations,

Limitations that you have imposed on yourself or that have been imposed on you by others.

Some of these inscriptions date back to your childhood,

Too sensitive,

Not brave enough,

Too dreamy,

Not smart enough.

Others appeared later,

Not made to succeed,

Always second,

Unable to change.

You also see the identities that define you in daily life,

Professional,

Parent,

Child,

Friend.

With all the expectations and restrictions they entail,

You now notice that next to this door is a small stone fountain.

The water flowing from it is exceptionally clear,

Almost luminous,

And seems to vibrate with a particular energy.

You approach this fountain and plunge your hands into it.

The water is pleasantly warm and instantly gives you a sense of well-being.

You intuitively understand that this water has the power to dissolve the limiting identities that define you.

With this water in your hands,

You turn toward the door and begin to touch it,

To brush against the inscriptions that have limited you so much.

At your touch,

The words begin to dissolve,

Like ink fading in the rain.

Too sensitive transforms into deeply empathetic.

Not brave enough becomes cautious and thoughtful.

Too dreamy changes into creative visionary.

Not smart enough fades away to make room for perpetual learner.

When the last inscription has dissolved,

The door begins to open slowly,

Revealing a lush garden bathed in golden light.

You cross the threshold and enter this wonderful garden.

The air is soft and fragrant,

Loaded with floral scents and woody essences that remind you of something deeply familiar.

As you advance in the garden,

You discover a path that winds between trees and flowers.

Without the weight of the limiting identities you carried,

Your walk becomes more fluid,

More assured.

You feel more present,

More alive than you have been for a long time.

The path leads you to a clearing bathed in light.

In the center stands an ancient mirror,

Framed with interwoven gold and silver.

Its surface ripples slightly,

Like water shimmering under a light breeze.

You approach the mirror,

Curious to discover your reflection.

But what you see is not the usual image you know.

The mirror reveals your true essence,

Beyond the masks and roles you have played all your life.

This image is luminous,
