Sit in a comfortable posture Close your eyes Relax every nerve and muscles in your body Absolute stillness Focus on your breathing Not too slow,

Not too fast Feel the smell of your breath Feel its touch,

Taste and sound With the complete awareness Feel the touch,

Taste and sound Just feel the wave of breath Feel its touch,

Taste and sound Feel its length Do you see any color?

Keep seeing it Feel that the color is going inside with the breath Coming out with the breath Now feel how relaxed your breathing is Feel how relaxed your body is Feel how relaxed your mind is Feel your breath,

Body and mind completely relaxed Now see the complete darkness around yourself In all the direction There is darkness Feel that There is darkness everywhere Direction,

There is darkness Now feel that every atom in your body is becoming one with darkness Every atom of your body is becoming There is no one else,

Only darkness Your senses has become dark Only darkness exists The darkness is becoming denser Feel it Focus on the darkness No thought,

No memory,

No imagination Nothing should come between you and darkness Feel the complete darkness Everything has become dark From your breath,

Body to the nature Just focus on the darkness Just observe the darkness Slowly and gradually feel the darkness fading Feel that rays of light falling on your body Falling on your mind Making it free of all worries and stress Imagine rays of light spreading out in front of your eyes Now you can feel the light everywhere in every direction Every atom of your body Feel your own purity Just observe the light around you in every direction With a single deep breath And softly open your eyes And feel completely relaxed and calm
