Welcome,

This is Taryn,

And I'm so glad that you're here.

This is a Wellspring Willow guided practice inspired by Yoga Nidra,

And this is a journey dedicated to the profound work of cycle breaking.

This is the brave,

Quiet work of unbinding yourself from the rigid bracing of the past to reveal your highest truth.

Today,

We are shifting from survival mode into the fluid,

Vibrant freedom of your own authentic flow.

As a guide with Aphantasia myself,

I have designed this journey to be purely sensory.

There is no visualization required.

This is simply a sensory path.

Back to this steady,

Peaceful center that has always lived within you.

Begin to take the time to truly settle into your space,

Allowing your body to be as comfortable as possible.

Perhaps lying on your back with palms facing upward,

If that feels right for your body.

Begin to feel the specific points where your body touches the surface of any cushion or blankets around you,

The heels of your feet,

The soft weight of the blanket over your toes,

The shoulders,

The back of the head.

Allow yourself to be fully held in comfort.

Notice the weight of your limbs dropping away from the need to do.

You have no list of chores here.

No expectations to meet.

You are safe to simply be.

I invite you to take a deep,

Diaphragmatic breath with me.

As you inhale,

Feel the ribcage expanding in all directions.

As you exhale,

Notice the subtle softening of your muscles.

As you begin to unwind,

Unbind,

And release the cycle of the past.

As you inhale,

Take in truth.

As you exhale,

Release the cycle of the past.

Inhaling truth.

And exhaling the cycle of tradition that is no longer relevant.

Inhaling truth.

And exhaling the cycle that no longer serves your highest good.

Feel the nervous system settling into the wise mind.

The steady,

Internal space of quiet observation.

Before we descend into this journey of somatic,

Conscious rest,

I invite you to offer the system a signal of safety through a simple rhythmic movement of the eyes.

With your eyes closed or perhaps a soft downward gaze,

Slowly shift your gaze all the way to the left as far as comfortable.

And now slowly all the way to the right as far as comfortable.

And to the right.

Gently sweeping back to the left.

Feel the tiny muscles behind the eyes gaining strength with each movement.

Left.

And right.

Continue a few more times on your own.

Softly sweeping back and forth.

And when you're ready,

Gently allow the eyes to come to rest naturally.

Organically in place.

Feel the stillness behind the lens.

Comforting your eyes like soft blankets.

Feel the heavy,

Cool stillness of this neutral ground of equanimity.

Feel the lack of friction here.

The grip of the past is dissolved and your new,

Resilient self is ready to rise.

There is nothing here to fix and nothing to force.

You are simply a witness.

Holding yourself with radical acceptance and compassionate kindness.

You are now resting in a state of pure potential.

A neutral,

Receptive ground where old patterns organically dissolve into the soil of Mother Earth.

And in this space,

We don't just think of an intention.

We feel its resonance in the very bones of our being.

I welcome you to now join me in setting that intention as sankoppa for your practice.

Perhaps you're already working with something.

Otherwise,

I invite you to listen to these suggestions As they're spoken,

Do not search for a mental image.

Instead,

Notice how your body reacts to the sound.

Does the chest soften?

Does the breath deepen?

Simply allow the phrase that vibrates most clearly in your being to settle into the space of your heart.

Repeat your chosen truth three more times silently.

Feeling the words vibrating in your core against your ribs.

Don't just hear it.

Sense the weight of this truth as it anchors you.

Into the present.

Notice how this truth is already beginning to physically organize your body.

Feel the subtle alignment in your spine.

Feel a clearing in the chest.

Your authentic path is not a destination.

It's the rhythm of the energy that you're feeling here.

Now,

Prepare to now move your awareness throughout the physical form of your body.

Simply with the mind,

Sensing each part of the body as a direct vibration of life.

We are scanning the body for where the old cycles may still remain.

From generations past,

Your lineage.

We will be setting them free.

To fill the crevices left behind.

Softly shift your awareness to the right side of the body.

Begin to feel the vibrations.

The texture.

Of the right hand.

The back of the hand.

The distinct pulse.

And all five fingers.

Starting with the thumb.

Releasing the grip.

Safe to be still.

Two.

Reclaiming your center.

You are the cycle breaker.

Feel the density of the right wrist.

Of the elbow.

The upper arm.

The broad shell of the shoulder.

Drop your awareness down now to the right foot.

And the sensory spark in each of the five toes.

Just floundering your own rhythm.

No longer bracing.

Returning to flow.

Sense now the strength of the right shin.

And the crevice of the right hip.

Move that same,

Steady attention now,

To the left hand.

And the soft vibration in each finger of the left hand.

Starting with the thumb.

Unbinding from effort.

Releasing the grip of the past.

Safe to be still.

Reclaiming your center.

You are the cycle breaker.

Feel the fluidity in the left breast.

And the left shoulder.

Releasing.

And gently direct your awareness down to the left foot.

The sole of the left foot.

The tingling life in each of the five toes.

No longer bracing.

Three.

Anchored in truth.

Free to move.

Sense the strength in the left shin.

The opening of the hip.

Softly move to the back of the body.

Sense the sturdy,

Vertical support of the spine that has carried your lineage.

Start at the base of the spine.

And feel the slow,

Upward rise of awareness.

A place where we often carry the rigidity of the past.

And the heavy,

Supported weight of the back of the head.

Shift to the front of the body.

Feel the space of your emerging truth.

Sense the rise and fall of the abdomen.

The navel.

The core.

Moving into the chest.

Anchor your awareness.

On the beat of the heart.

The steady,

Rhythmic drum of your authentic flow.

Sense the center of the throat.

Your voice.

And truth.

The root of the tongue.

The upper lip.

And the space where the lips touch.

Feel the right cheek.

The cool air at the tip of the nose.

The right nostril.

And the air inside the nostril.

The left nostril.

And the air inside the nostril.

The right ear.

The left ear.

Sense the vibrations in between the ears.

The seat of your inner knowing.

And each follicle.

Sense now the entire body.

There's one unified field of sensation,

Vibration,

From the heels of the feet to the crown of the head.

Feel yourself as a complete,

Unbound,

Cycle-breaker.

Shift your awareness now to the raw power of sensation.

Now,

We'll invite opposites into the body,

Noticing the space and wisdom they create as they meet.

First,

Invite in a feeling of deep,

Unyielding rigidity.

A feeling of rigidity sinking into your physical form.

Sense the muscles as if they're stone,

Braced and locked against the world.

This is the solid mass of the old cycles.

This stiff,

Heavy armor of generational patterns that kept you safe by keeping you still.

Feel this tension,

This frozen,

Anchored feeling.

Fully,

In each cell of your being.

Gently now,

Release the bracing and allow a visceral sensation of fluidity to rise.

Feel the body becoming like water.

Yielding,

Moving,

And effortless.

Feel the cool,

Shifting pressure of moving water against your skin.

The visceral sensation of being part of the flow.

This is the authentic flow of the cycle-breaker.

You are unbound from the downward pull of the past.

As unrestricted and buoyant as a mountain stream.

As the rivers of your veins throughout your being.

Notice this feeling of easy,

Shifting movement.

Fully.

When you're ready,

Allow both sensations to now dissolve into the neutral canvas of your being.

The ash state.

In this perfect,

Robust strength of the stone and the flow of the water.

Exists as simple possibilities.

You are the one who witnesses both.

Swaying either way is your choice.

You are safe and sound in this quiet,

Effortless space.

Softly guide your awareness to the heart and abdomen.

For a moment,

Find a feeling of compression.

Sensing the space around the heart.

Tightening as if bound by old traditions.

Allow this deep squeeze of constriction.

This is a place where the need to hide often resides.

Let it go.

Inviting the opposite.

Limitless expansion.

Sense the walls of the chest.

Widening.

Stretching.

Creating infinite room for your new,

Resilient truth to rise.

You are breathing freely.

You are safe to be seen.

Rest here in the neutral ash of what was.

It is quiet and still.

You are not here to change the past.

But simply to accept it for the strength it forced you to build.

Feel the weight of that acceptance in your body.

A solid,

Compassionate kindness for the person you were.

While surviving those old cycles.

You are the cycle breaker.

Unbound.

Notice a subtle change in the density of your chest.

A softening of the bracing that once protected you.

Sense a gentle,

Powerful buoyancy beginning to stir in your core.

As a visceral lift.

This is your new truth.

Taking shape.

Yielding.

And effortless.

It is intrinsically whole.

In the deepest state of consciousness.

Sense a lightness in the back of the shoulder blades as if the air itself is providing a gentle upward lift.

As if effortless wings feel the palms of the hands becoming buoyant rising slightly away from the earth.

Of energy.

Of vibration.

As you rise feel the air moving against the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.

The current of energy moving against them.

You are not escaping your lineage.

You are mending it.

By choosing a new unrestricted rhythm a new vibration of flow.

You are rising above the limiting view of the past.

Transcending the heavy pull of rigid tradition.

Experience the vast open horizon ahead of you as an infinite expansion of your lungs.

You are creating change for your future generations moving into your own scene.

Unconditionally love who you are becoming while at the same time holding who you were in a warm gentle embrace.

You are safe here.

This vibration of peace is your authentic flow.

It requires no effort to see.

It only requires your permission to feel.

This moment is a return to your authentic flow.
