This 35-minute somatic journey is a sensory-based practice designed to anchor you in a state of radical self-acceptance. Utilizing a rhythmic heartbeat and gentle guidance, we move beyond the need to "fix" the self and instead offer a direct transmission of validation to the physical body and the younger heart. As an aphantasia-friendly experience, this session requires no mental visualization, focusing instead on felt-sense safety and deep nervous system regulation. Through a gentle reparenting sequence, you are invited to rest in the pure knowing that you are loved exactly as you are.

Welcome.

This is Taryn and I'm so glad that you're here.

This is a Wellspring Willow guided mindfulness practice inspired by the ancient art of Yoganidra and designed to help you connect with the frequency of unconditional love.

Before we begin,

Offer yourself a foundation of radical acceptance.

Whatever you're carrying today,

Be it heavy or light,

Just allow it to be here.

You have full autonomy.

If any part of this journey doesn't feel right for your nervous system,

Please feel free to ignore my voice and return to the simple rhythm of your breath.

Begin to settle into your space,

Getting as comfortable as possible,

Perhaps lying on your back if that feels right,

And using pillows and blankets for support.

Take the time to make any adjustments that will offer you even just a sliver more of comfort.

And begin to feel gravity lovingly pulling you closer to Mother Earth.

Feel the support beneath you,

The love by the ground itself.

Take a deep breath in with me,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling with a sigh,

Feeling any need to change or control.

Radically accept things as they are.

Bring to mind your sankalpa,

The heartfelt intention for this practice,

Your practice.

Allow it to be a positive statement of truth.

Perhaps you're already working with something,

Or you might choose to use the following.

I am worthy of unconditional love exactly as I am.

I am worthy of unconditional love exactly as I am.

Repeat your sankalpa three more times silently to yourself,

With absolute conviction as if it's already a fact in every cell of your body.

Do a systematic scan throughout the physical body as I name each part offered the highest form of unconditional love.

Non-interference.

We're not trying to change how these parts feel,

We're simply validating their right to exist exactly as they are.

Beginning with the right hand,

Sensing the weight of the hand,

And starting with the thumb and both five fingers,

Five,

Validating your strength,

Allowing it to rest,

No effort required.

Accepting this moment.

Allow it to be exactly the right side of the chest,

The waist,

The head.

Sensing now the entire right side,

Just as it is.

Beginning to now shift that same gentle awareness,

Giving yourself permission to be Softening the grip.

Five,

Your journey is sacred.

Trusting the flow of life.

Non-interference.

Returning to equanimity.

And sense now the entire left.

Feeling the space there.

Validating your voice.

Moving to the jaw.

Sense the hinges of the jaw.

The chin.

The space where the lips touch.

No words needed here.

Inside the nostrils.

And space inside the ear.

And the space inside the ear.

Both ears together now.

Receiving the silent stillness of the third eye to take its turn.

The scalp.

The top of the shoulders.

On both shoulders.

Lovingly.

Working together.

Sense the entire front of the body.

A source field of quiet validation.

Sense the entire body now together as one.

Every sound.

Every sensation.

The entire body.

Every facet.

Working together.

I do not need you to change.

Have unconditional love.

The sensation.

Notice how the body feels when you try to grip reality.

Or fix an outcome.

Feel the subtle contraction.

This is your protection.

Witness it with kindness.

Let that sensation dissolve.

Then shift completely into the feeling of.

Sense it as the frequency of expansion.

Feel the chest.

Soften.

This is the energy.

Bring back the sensation.

The grip.

Power.

Of equilibrium.

Within this state of expansion.

Be inept with the concept of your timeline.

You don't need to see a picture.

Your body remembers the frequency.

And if it feels safe.

Behind your closed eyelids.

Begin to move your eyes slowly.

On our left.

As far as comfortable.

And then slowly.

To the right.

As far as comfortable.

Softly moving back to the left.

Like a soft pendulum.

We're bringing them in.

Understand this.

The only forgiveness we need.

Is from ourselves.

Or our past moments.

Of trauma.

Or decisions.

Lack of self-confidence.

Or imperfections.

With the information you have.

And from your heart.

Take your own hand.

From the past.

And walk alongside your younger self.

Understanding.

Time.

To heal your younger self.

Feel yourself.

Being set free.

Keen.

To universal.

Love.

Return once more.

To your heartfelt intention.

Sankalpa.

For this practice.

In this deep state.

Of calm.

State it three more times.

From the heart.

Of unconditional.

Love.

Exactly.

As I am.

Feel these words.

Anchored.

In your heart.

If your body.

Wishes to drift.

Into a deep.

Restorative sleep.

Allow that to happen naturally.

Of unconditional.

Love.

There's nothing more to do.

This moment.

Is a return.

To your authentic.

Love.
