For actively reaching out for calmness and relaxation Today I will guide you through a one hour full body meditation We will begin with some breathing exercises followed by intention setting We will go through our senses to ground and drop into a very calm and relaxed state And then I will guide you gently through your body,

Through each and every single body part Actively achieving full,

Full relaxation,

Resetting our nervous system Dropping into our rest and digest,

Our beautiful calm state Today's meditation we will do on our backs Everything we need for today is your beautiful self And you might want to grab a blanket and a pillow,

Find a comfortable place where you feel fully safe and where you can fully relax Get as comfy as you can After the session you might feel a burst of energy,

Creativity,

You might have a better night's sleep You might feel calmer,

More concentrated,

Less brain foggy There's a lot of benefits to this practice,

So again,

Well done,

Good on you for looking after yourself and your well-being Whenever you're ready,

Whenever you've found your sweet spot,

Try to fully drop into this moment And when I say drop,

I want you to close your eyes and imagine that with every inhale you're filling your body with lightness,

Thinking,

Expansion And with every exhale,

I want you to think heavy,

Surrendering and dropping with gravity into the ground beneath you Let's take three deep breaths together Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Into the belly,

Into the chest and hold your breath at the top And exhale through the nose Let it go Your next inhale,

Thinking lightness,

Holding the breath at the top And exhale through the nose,

Sinking deeper into the ground beneath you And last one,

All together,

Big inhale through the nose,

Into the belly,

Into the chest,

Hold at the top Relax your jaw,

Your shoulders,

The spot between your eyebrows and exhale Let it all go,

Take a moment to just be You've got nowhere to go,

This is your time,

Your allocated time to actively charge up,

To rest Feel into your body,

Feel the different sensations I invite you today to stay curious and soft Feel the air on your skin,

On your face,

Hear the sounds around you What's the furthest sound you can hear?

What's the closest sound you can hear?

Can you hear more with your left ear?

Or your right ear?

Whenever you feel that there's a lot of conversation happening in your mind Try to remove yourself from it by focusing with closed eyes on the spot between your eyebrows,

On your third eye Bring your concentration,

Your focus onto that spot and try to observe what you can see Maybe you can see a colour,

Maybe you can see little spots Just stay soft and curious Move your focus,

Your concentration onto your mouth What can you taste?

Can you relax your jaw a little bit more?

Can you relax your tongue?

I invite you with your next inhale to follow the breath into your belly And to set an intention right at the core,

Between your chest and your belly This is meant to be our energy centre Keep breathing into that centre with your intention in mind This could be as simple as I am soft,

I am open,

I am curious Whatever comes to mind And if nothing comes to mind,

That's fully okay as well Today we just observe We sink into our bodies,

We surrender,

We trust We know we are safe We're in our safe space Nothing can hurt me I can feel the space around me I can feel the ground beneath me I am held and I am safe Try to stay with yourself,

With your body Try to stay awake It's okay if you fall asleep It's all perfectly fine I will guide you through the state,

Back awake at the end of the session You have nothing to worry right now Fully surrender into the body Stay with your senses What can I hear?
