Hi,
I'm Suzy from Unplugged and this is your feel good fix.
The easiest way to feel good is to meditate on it.
So we're going to take a moment,
Get comfortable,
And when you're ready,
You can gently close your eyes.
And slowing down your breath is the quickest way to start feeling good.
So let's begin by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And when you're ready,
You can gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing and letting go.
Another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And an audible exhale out through your mouth,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Relaxing your face,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your body.
There's nothing that feels better than bringing your awareness to gratitude.
So we're going to take a moment to just have a moment and notice three things we feel grateful for in this precious present moment.
And taking another moment to ask yourself,
What makes me feel good?
What makes me feel good?
And just notice what pops up.
And we're going to create our feel good list.
Just noticing,
Could be a bath,
Could be walking in nature,
Whatever it is.
Notice what it is and then picture or imagine yourself actually doing your feel good list.
Let's begin.
And now taking a moment to bring your awareness to the one thing on your feel good list that you can do today.
And just picture yourself or imagine that you are doing that one thing today.
And now picture or imagine a day in which you feel incredible.
And play it out from the second you wake up to the second you go back to bed.
Imagine doing all the things on your feel good list from the day until the night.
And we'll just take a moment to do that right now.
Now thanking yourself for taking the time to notice what makes you feel good.
And setting an intention to do those things in your life,
At least one daily.
Taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And an audible exhale out through your mouth,
Releasing,
Letting go.
Placing a big smile on your face before you open your eyes.
And thank you for taking the time to feel good with me today.
I'll see you the next time.
Bye.
