Getting what we want is typically a forward thinking process. We get fixated on what we want and sometimes that can take over our present moment experience. In this meditation practice, we are able to practice understanding ourselves more easily when it comes to this idea of “getting what we want”. The more presence we can practice, the easier it is to see what we actually want — and sometimes that truth can surprise us! This is a welcome invitation to find some ease, presence and a gentle reminder that you can get what you want while also practicing the idea that you are enough as is.
