Hi,

This is Stephanie Boxerbaum.

Thank you so much for joining me for meditation today.

For today's practice,

We'll do a guided meditation that serves as an enoughness reset.

Sometimes in our busy,

Hectic lives,

We just need a break,

A space to come to that's still and quiet,

That reminds us that we are always enough as is.

So take a comfortable seat,

Gently close your eyes when you're ready.

And I invite you to take a few deep breaths in and out at whatever pace feels most comfortable to you.

Settling into your surroundings,

Letting go of whatever you were doing before you got here and whatever you're going to be doing afterwards.

And just giving yourself a moment to settle,

Checking in,

Seeing how the body feels.

Your mind may be a little busy today,

That's completely okay.

Just take a few moments here,

I'll mind the time.

And keep connecting back to the deep inhale and exhale of the breath.

Continuing to settle into the body,

Letting the thoughts pass like clouds.

Continuing to come back to the breath as the center.

And I invite you to silently say to yourself,

All is enough as is.

All is enough as is.

Giving yourself a kind reminder that with everything you have going on in your life right now,

You're doing an amazing job.

All is enough as is.

All is enough as is.

Using this practice and the breath,

Continuing to come back to the phrase,

All is enough as is.

I invite you to think of a time when you felt confident,

Strong,

Centered.

Just tapping into what that energy feels like.

No need to overthink it,

Whatever comes to your mind first,

It's completely fine.

And taking that energy,

I invite you to silently say to yourself,

I am enough as is.

I am enough as is.

We'll stay here in silence for these next few minutes and I'll mind the time.

And it's okay if this phrase may not seem comfortable today,

We can be gentle with ourselves.

There's no right or wrong.

You can even say it as a well wishing.

May I feel I am enough as is.

Just giving yourself some support and kindness.

Knowing that the internal circumstances are always here to guide you.

Taking in these last few moments of stillness.

Offering a reminder,

A kind reminder that you can come back to this enoughness reset anytime you need it.

Reminding yourself that all is enough as is.

You are enough as is.

And you have the strength and power you need to do whatever it is you want to do.

Taking another deep inhale and a deep exhale.

Beginning to maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

Beginning to maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly coming back to your surroundings.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

Thank you so much for joining me to practice today.

And always remember all is enough as is.
