This is Stephanie Boxer Baum.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
For today's practice,
We will be doing a connect and reset guided meditation.
Sometimes we just need that quick reminder of what's important to us and a reminder that we're strong,
Powerful,
And can accomplish whatever we want,
No matter what day it is.
So let's just take a comfortable seat,
Gently close our eyes,
And allow the body to begin to settle.
Letting go of whatever you were doing before this and whatever you will be doing after this.
Just allowing yourself a real moment,
A moment to connect back to you,
What you know,
What you value,
And know that these things are inside of you anytime you need them.
So let's allow our space to be filled with confidence and assurance.
And I invite you for these next few moments to silently say to yourself,
I am powerful.
I am powerful.
I'll mind the time.
The mind may wander,
That's totally okay.
Just coming back to the center point.
I am powerful.
Taking a gentle inhale in and a powerful exhale out.
Let's use the phrase,
I know what I value.
I know what I value.
This is that reminder that your internal circumstance is important.
Your external circumstances can always guide you,
No matter what's happening externally around you.
This is a place you can always come back to,
Knowing what you value,
Knowing what you care about,
Steady like a mountain.
So we'll go with this phrase for a little bit here and I'll mind the time.
I know what I value.
Taking an inhale,
Filling yourself with light.
An exhale,
Reminding yourself of all your strength.
And let's move on to this next phrase.
I am loved and supported.
I am loved and supported.
We all have those people in our lives that completely get us,
The ones that understand what we value,
What matters,
That love us unconditionally.
This is that moment to remind yourself of those in your life that you know really support you,
Which also includes yourself.
So we continue on with this phrase.
I am loved and supported.
Taking another gentle inhale and a gentle exhale,
Coming back to your surroundings,
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Knowing that this place of connecting and resetting is something that you can always come back to.
And when the timing feels right,
You can gently open your eyes.
