Taking a moment to find a comfortable position,

Whether sitting down or lying down,

Whatever feels best for your body here.

And if you're sitting,

Elongate your spine here as if you are the connection between the earth and the sky.

And if you're laying down,

Allow your palms to be open to truly receive and allow energy to flow.

Let's take a deep breath into the belly,

Into the chest,

And slowly exhale.

Another deep,

Full breath in,

And one more deep,

Expansive breath,

Filling up the entire body.

And then softly exhale,

Resting into this present moment,

Coming into an awareness of Where you are,

All the sounds around,

Maybe some mental chatter,

Some restlessness still happening.

Allow yourself to become aware of your body,

Its weight,

And its environment.

Notice how you feel,

And how the breath feels as it travels through the body.

Gently breathing in,

Softly exhaling out,

Allow each exhale to sink you further into this moment,

Into the surface beneath you.

Feel essence arise,

And begin to notice the space within each breath,

Between your inhales and your exhales,

That soft stillness.

Invite in this gentleness here,

Let it expand,

The stillness even more throughout the body,

Releasing the external world that we know of,

And going inward,

Taking note of how you feel,

Allowing the breath to act as a messenger,

Flowing through the body,

And allow yourself to feel,

Without any judgment or criticism,

Just witnessing,

And allowing,

Taking a step back and noticing what's here from an observer perspective,

And if you feel any tightness,

Stillness,

Or heaviness,

Maybe some conflicting thoughts,

Or any feelings other than the feeling of okayness,

Take a deep breath here into these spaces,

And as you exhale,

Imagine seeing all of that tension,

The heaviness,

The unworthy thoughts,

Melt out of the body.

Allow the surface beneath you to absorb this energy,

And allow the breath to act as a cleanse to your nervous system,

Do this as many times as you need,

To release the feelings and emotions and thoughts that are too heavy or too tiresome to carry.

Now in your mind's eye,

I want you to bring to mind someone that you love and cherish,

And replay a memory with them where they made you so happy you couldn't help but smile.

Place yourself there in that moment and feel the joy,

Paint the setting all the way around you,

Notice that sensation within the body that can't help but be happy,

Linger here,

Who's here with you,

Where you at,

And if you can't vision it,

Just allow the feeling to flow through the body,

Let it bring a light smile to your face,

And acknowledge this feeling of joy,

Of happiness,

Allow your body to align with this energy,

And keep seeing them here.

Notice what the feeling of joy does to the body,

Does to the mind,

How everything becomes a little bit lighter,

And all you feel is love,

A bliss,

And happiness.

Once you get even a glimpse of that feeling,

Start to go a little deeper into it,

Taking a deep breath in,

Aligning the breath with this sensation of joy,

And as you exhale let it flow through the body,

Know that this feeling of joy is always here for you in every single moment,

Even times whenever we're often busiest throughout our day,

Know that we can always come back to this space within that is joyful,

That is happy,

And that carries this bliss.

Taking a deep breath in,

Allow the breath to align with this joy,

And as you exhale,

I want you to think about for a moment,

And feel,

How are you free to show up in this world of joy led the path for you,

How would you interact with others,

How would you deal with your problems,

And all the situations and conflicts you find yourself in,

Even the internal conflicts,

How would it feel if you knew that joy in this feeling was always present,

How would it feel not being attached to the narratives or the stories,

Or the feeling like we need to be doing something other than what we're doing,

I want you to place this somewhere within your body,

Within your heart,

Your belly,

Make the intention to carry this with you,

Knowing that it is not separate from you,

This joy,

This happiness,

This bliss,

It is your natural state of being,

It is you,

And anytime you'd like to come back,

All we have to do is pause,

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale,

Acknowledge the ease that is here,

The spaciousness,

The gratitude,

And the bliss,

The awe for this joy,

Acknowledge your smile and the feelings of goodness,

Trust in your goodness,

Trust and surrender to this joy,

Knowing that it would lead you closer to your happiness,

And further away from all that doesn't serve you,

May this joy propel you forward to take the next step in inspiration,

To receive,

Give,

And become this love itself,

And become a ripple effect to everyone and everything around you,

Trust in this natural essence,

Your true essence,

Make one wonder,

The joy as your guide,

Blessings for your life and for your journey,
