So often we are running around dealing with everything and everyone other than ourselves and we seldom hold space and when we do for our inner realm and landscape we're usually trying to change or shift ourselves.

Seldom are we taught how to hold and embrace ourselves tenderly,

Compassionately,

And lovingly,

Creating the space to arrive and feel at home within.

And this skill of holding space for yourself,

It impacts your well-being,

Your performance,

And certainly your fulfillment.

So this practice,

This guided meditation,

Will provide you this powerful opportunity to hold space for yourself,

Allowing you to step into a deep state of centered loving,

Clarity,

And calm.

So let's get started together.

Sitting upright in a posture that's both awake and relaxed,

Opening to the here and now,

Closing your eyes,

And bringing your hands gently to your torso with one hand on your heart and one hand around your sacral and stomach area.

With every breath you take,

More and more opening,

Centering,

And arriving to the here and now.

Feeling more and more with your hand on your heart and on your sacral region,

More and more arriving.

With each breath you take in and out,

Opening to whatever is present in your mind,

Whatever's present in your heart,

And being open to whatever's present in your body and energy field.

Letting your hands and breath deepen and anchor you,

With each breath dropping in to a deeper state of embodied awareness.

Elongating your exhales.

With each breath you take,

More and more letting your exhale elongate.

Using your nostrils and your diaphragm,

If you're not already,

To inhale and exhale,

Allowing these exhales on this initial part of this practice to be longer than the inhales.

Feeling your hands,

Rubbing your chest,

Letting your breath deepen you more and more.

Giving yourself permission to be here and really commence this practice.

As you rub your chest and your torso with both hands,

Say to yourself,

This is me.

This is me and it's okay to be here now.

It's okay to feel all of myself,

Allowing yourself to be more present.

This is me.

It's safe.

It's okay to feel.

It's okay and safe to go deeper within myself.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Feeling more of a deepening.

Now notice what is present in your mind,

Both your physical brain and mind,

As well as your mindscape and thoughtscape.

Holding space for your mind.

With every breath,

Noticing,

Bringing presence and awareness.

Your mind and accepting it all,

Whatever thoughts,

Whatever's happening in the mind,

Hold space for it.

No changing it.

Simply being with it and accepting all that is in your mind.

Noticing your heartscape next,

Your physical heart and your emotional landscape,

Breathing and being present with it.

Whatever is arising,

Whatever is present.

Grab your awareness around it all.

With every breath,

Accepting all that is present in your heart and heartscape.

Whatever is happening,

Not trying to fix or change it,

Creating space,

Being with it,

Accepting all of this heart and heartscape with every breath.

Noticing your body and what's happening in your body.

Welcoming more of your body and wrapping more of your presence around your body.

Now,

Whatever is present in your body,

Accept it all.

Allow your body to be held by your presence,

By your awareness.

By your embodied focus now,

With every breath you take,

Welcoming your body and accepting it all.

Noticing your inner and outer energy field,

The subtle energies within and around your body and biofield.

Whatever's present there,

Accept it all with every inhale and exhale you take.

Wrapping your awareness and allowing your energies to feel present,

Accepted,

And embraced.

Being with all of yourself with each breath you take.

Holding space for the mind,

Holding space for the heart.

Holding space for the body and holding space for the energy field.

On the next inhale and exhale,

Allow your mind to drop deeper and deeper into your heart with each breath you take.

Feeling your mind and heart breathing and beating and pulsing in unison.

Letting your heart guide you more and more.

Letting your heart guide us deeper with each breath.

Deeper into this allowing and accepting,

Deeper into this holding of space for yourself.

Feeling more of your body and torso.

You're going deeper into the hand on your sacral.

Feeling your sacral center,

Your pubic and solar plexus region.

With every breath you take,

Allow it to open like a valve or flower blossoming or a valve opening.

Feel an intent for your sacral to open with each inhale you take.

Feeling this physical region relaxing as well as feeling the energies of the sacral region opening.

Every breath you take opening more and more into the sacral.

And then noticing your other hand on your heart,

Your heart center.

Turning our awareness here,

Doing the same thing with each breath you take now.

Allow your heart to open like a flower blossoming or a valve opening.

Allowing your physical heart to open as well as your energetic center of your heart.

With every inhale and exhale,

Opening this heart.

Feeling more openness and awareness,

Especially in the sacral and heart region.

Feeling your sacral and heart opening more and more,

Both hands feeling a pulsation growing.

One more activation and opening and allowing of these energy centers and these physical centers as well that correspond.

And as you inhale now,

Feeling your inhale going again through your sacral and then coming up to your heart.

As you exhale,

Feel the energy straining back down to your sacral.

Inhale through the sacral,

Drawing the breath and awareness up to the hand on your heart.

And as you exhale,

Feeling the energy drop back down and pulse back down to the sacral.

Sinking these two centers with your breath as you inhale through your sacral upwards to your heart and exhale from the hand on your heart down to the sacral.

With every breath cycle,

Opening and sinking these centers more and more.

My heart and sacral are in sync.

Inhale up,

Exhale down.

These two centers and the overall energies and rhythm of your body pulsing in more and more harmony and unison more and more of an allowing,

Allowing yourself to drop in more and more,

Be present more and more.

And as you continue this breath cycle,

Feeling into your sacral and heart region,

Allow yourself to re-experience a recent loving moment.

Maybe it's a recent experience with a loved one.

Maybe it's with a pet,

Or maybe it's a celebration or a win.

Allow yourself to re-experience it as you continue these breath cycles,

Feeling your sacral and heart lighting up as you witness and re-experience this loving moment.

What did it feel like?

Tasting the sweetness,

Re-experiencing the sensations.

Feel that vibration spreading as you continue these breath cycles,

Continue to re-experience and immerse yourself in the witnessing of this loving moment.

Allow it to act as Kindle on a fire as we drop deeper and deeper into this practice.

Allow this loving experience to grow with every inhale and exhale.

Holding space more and more for these vibrations,

These sensations,

These feelings,

These thoughts,

These embodied moments.

And now I want you to ask yourself to step forward,

Have your inner self,

All aspects of you,

With every inhale and exhale,

This breath cycle dropping you deeper,

Asking yourself to come forward and commencing a dialogue with yourself.

What do you want or need right now?

What is your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your energy?

The entirety of all of you,

Including your inner child and all aspects of yourself.

Bringing forth what do you need right now?

Tuning in to this want and need.

Giving yourself this permission right now.

It's okay.

It's all right to hold space for myself.

It's all right to bring forth and ask myself what it is I need and want in this here and now.

Maybe it's an acknowledgement.

Maybe it's relaxation and rest.

Maybe it's the awareness and loving presence.

Maybe there's something else.

Allow yourself to bring forth what it is you need.

And want right now,

All aspects of your inner landscape,

Being given permission,

Every breath you take,

Begin giving yourself what it is you need or want as best as you can.

Internally giving yourself this essence,

This action,

Or this attention that you seek.

Breathing in and out,

Feeling these senses,

Activating your awareness,

Deepening,

Tuning in more and more to your inner landscape,

Embracing and holding space and giving yourself more and more what it is you seek and need and want right now.

Feeling all parts of you.

Giving all parts of you,

Attention and awareness as best as you can.

Embracing yourself and giving more and more to yourself in this here and now.

Feeling yourself held by your higher self as you continue to give yourself more and more space,

Hold and embrace more and more of what it is you need to experience and give yourself.

Feel your higher self wrapping around you and casing you as you hold space for you more and more of your higher self holding you.

Feeling held as if you're in a sacred womb.

Feeling held by yourself and the divinity that is within you and around you.

Be with yourself.

Hold all of yourself.

Allow and accept and embrace and feel accepted and embrace.

Deeply held.

Feeling more of an embodied pulsation.

Feeling more presence,

Awareness of your body,

Of your heart,

Of your mindscape,

And of your energies and this inner landscape.

More and more of a pulse,

An expansive wave growing and glowing within you.

It is safe.

You are held.

Everything we're often seeking outside of ourselves is something we deeply can give and crave from within or holding this space for yourself.

Being with yourself in and out.

As you inhale and exhale one last time,

As we begin to close this practice,

Give thanks to yourself.

Feel your mind.

Notice any shifts now that you've brought this awareness,

This holding.

Feel into your heart.

Notice any shifts now that we've held space for it.

Fill your body and notice your body.

Notice any shifts now that we've held more and more of ourselves.

Feel your energy in any shifts you notice.

Giving thanks to yourself more and more.

Gently rubbing your chest,

Breathing these energies,

This centeredness,

This calmness,

This holding and feeling more and more at home,

More and more held in this embrace that's like a womb.

Breathing that in to your mind.

Soaking that into your heart.

Breathing that into your body and into your energy bodies.

On the next inhale and exhale,

Opening your eyes,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Coming back to the here and now.

Gently allowing yourself to transition to your conscious awareness.

Giving yourself a moment or two to really relish and really cherish this before you move on with your day,

With your life,

And with your journey ahead.
