So,
It can feel like we're caught in a scary,
Dark place when we go through this deep alchemical transformation known as the dark night of the soul.
It can feel overwhelming,
Grueling,
And it brings up a lot at one time.
This stage of our transformational journey is difficult,
And at times we have to face and transform dross,
Low,
Or dense,
Or icky,
Or darker emotions.
And this oftentimes can correlate to inner child healing or shadow work.
So in this guided visualization,
I'm going to support you in transmutating and transforming these dark energies of despair and hopelessness that can arise and help you come back from the scary place.
So you feel hopeful,
Courageous,
And inspired to continue your ascending leadership journey.
If you already haven't,
Please close your eyes,
Get comfortable,
And feel into your intention as I start with a sacred invocation,
A quick blessing or prayer,
However you want to word it,
To call in these energies to protect and surround us for this deep work,
For this confrontation of the scary place.
And while I say this sacred invocation,
I invite you to feel into your intention for this practice.
What would you like to feel?
What would you like to heal?
What would you like to transform or alchemize during this guided visualization together?
And as you do that,
Allow my words to open sacred space around you,
Calling in above us great spirit,
The great universal spirit known as Father Sky or the celestial or divine energies above us.
We call down these divine energies.
We call down great spirit.
We call down the presence of the divine to protect us in this work and all the ancient ones and divine beings that guide us,
Guard us,
And walk with us.
We ask that they be present with us now.
And below us,
We call and attune to the presence and energy of the earth,
The terrestrial,
The elemental,
Mother Earth,
Pachamama Gaya,
Different names for this earth energy,
This planet that we inhabit,
This transient home.
And let's call up the energies and connect willfully to the energies of the terrestrial below us,
Coming up,
Allowing us to be grounded and rooted.
And then feeling the presence of our loved ones,
Of our higher selves,
Calling in our team,
Our soul family,
Our divine family,
Whatever resonates,
Let my words become what you need to hear,
Apply it to what you need to feel,
Sense,
And experience.
Feeling the north,
South,
East,
And west,
Feeling yourself being hugged by these four directions and the energies and see yourself standing in a circle of light as you breathe in and out.
I want you to arrive more and more into this moment,
Putting a hand on your heart and a hand on your stomach,
Keeping them here.
One hand on your heart,
One hand on your stomach,
Doesn't matter which,
Allowing yourself to open,
Center,
And arrive in this sacred space.
Feeling your intention embodied in the circle of light,
Feeling your mind dropping more into your body,
More into your torso,
Following the guidance of my voice,
Anchoring to my voice,
Trusting it,
Following the guidance,
Allowing,
Knowing,
And saying,
This is safe.
This is me,
I am safe.
Breathing in and out with one hand on your heart,
One hand on your stomach,
Feeling the energies above you,
Below you,
Around you.
Feeling the energies of your soul and your heart,
The beating of the life force within you,
Centering even more,
Arriving even more in the here and now.
And any affirmations I invite you to say,
Use them like commands and say them out loud.
I call all parts of me back to me now.
My mind is in my body.
Feeling your mind draining even more,
Your mind draining even more,
Down into the hand on your heart and the hand on your stomach.
Breathing naturally through your nose,
Using your diaphragm,
As you inhale,
Feel your breath filling up your belly.
And as you exhale,
Contract and feel the breath being exhaled out through your nose,
Fusing your mouth to exhale feels appropriate,
Then do that.
Follow your intuition,
Trust your inner guidance and follow my voice.
Inhale naturally,
Feeling your heart and your stomach,
Your hand on your heart,
Your hand on your stomach.
My mind is in my heart.
Feeling all the energy draining out of your head into your body.
My mind and heart are one.
My mind and heart are one.
Feeling the energies of your heart expanding now.
Feeling with every inhale,
Your torso becoming more filled with your presence.
Coming back more and more into your body,
Feeling every subtle vibration.
Feeling the heartbeat,
Feeling the vibration of the inhale and exhale.
I deepen my awareness into the field.
Don't have to understand what's happening,
Trust the divine energies and the guidance.
It is safe,
I allow.
And now visualize your head opening and say out loud,
I open my mind to divine mind.
Don't have to understand,
Feel the top of your head opening like a sunroof of a car or a valve or flower blossoming,
Whatever works for you.
Visualize the top of your head opening and feeling all dross energies,
Old thoughts,
Any doubts or disbelief,
Worldless work,
Won't this work?
What about this?
Thinking of the future.
Let all of that with this inhale and exhale,
Leave this opening and feel yourself connecting to your super conscious or divine or universal mind.
Feel your mind expand out and feel yourself melting down into your heart and say out loud,
I open my heart to divine love.
Breathing and feeling the back of your chest,
The front of your chest,
Where you have one hand on your heart with every inhale,
Feel your heart opening,
Your shoulders,
The tension in your chest and the back and front relaxing and visualize the heart literally like a valve or flower blossoming.
Feel the energy known as divine love filling your heart,
Inhale and exhale.
Any anxiety,
Any dross emotion,
Any worry,
Grief,
Sorrow that may be ready to be processed and released,
Exhale it out,
Inhale new energy,
Exhale it out and then dropping down to the last of the three power centers where your other hand is on your stomach,
Feeling into your power center,
Center of your solar plexus,
Feeling into this center or one hand is laid saying out loud,
I open my power center to divine power,
Breathing in and out through the hand on your stomach,
Doing your best to continue to follow along.
You're doing great.
Feeling your stomach relax,
The muscles melting with every inhale and exhale.
Feeling your stomach relax and like a valve,
The center of your stomach or a flower,
See it opening.
See your power center returning to its default setting.
Don't have to understand,
Inhale and exhale any disbelief.
And now I want you to visualize your breath.
Visualize your breath as you inhale going up from the hand on your stomach up,
Inhale it up to the hand on your heart.
You're drawing your breath up and visualizing it moving up like you're playing ping pong with your hands using your breath.
Inhale up the left to the hand on your heart and then exhale down the right from the hand on your heart.
Follow your exhale down all the way to your stomach,
Noticing that you created a circle with your breath.
Inhale up the left from one hand to the other,
Exhale down the right,
Continuing to breathe in this rhythmic fashion.
Inhale up the left,
Exhale down the right,
Following your breath down as you exhale from your heart to your stomach.
This follows the natural rhythm of your energy and your natural biorhythm.
Allow this to deepen your awareness,
Deeper your awareness and presence now with every inhale and exhale.
Continuing this breath as we start the visualization portion,
Continuing to maintain your awareness of your hands on your heart and stomach.
Inhale up the left,
Exhale down the right.
Want you to visualize yourself standing now in front of a universal stream of rainbow light.
May look like a waterfall,
May look like colors,
Or it may feel or sense like vibrations moving through you.
Do your best to visualize it through your mind's eye.
Visualize in front of you a universal stream of rainbow rays and divine energy streaming down,
Feeling the vibrations.
And as you do step forward and visualize these energies pouring down into you,
Down into your mind,
Into your shoulders and neck,
Into your arms,
Into your heart,
Into your torso and back,
Into your buttocks and pubic region,
Feel yourself being filled by this endless and infinite stream of universal rainbow divine energies known as the rainbow rays,
Frequencies of wholeness filling you and surrounding you.
Feel it filling your heart,
Mind and body.
Feel your energy bodies as well.
And now see yourself being surrounded with a protective bubble,
A protective bubble of vibrant rainbow energy.
See yourself in a protective bubble and say out loud,
This will protect me.
I am safe.
This is safe.
This is me.
I am safe to go and rescue the part of me that is still in the scary place,
Breathing in and out,
Seeing yourself standing in a bubble of vibrant divine energies with your hand on your heart and your hand on your stomach,
Inhaling up the left,
Exhaling down the right,
Seeing yourself surrounded,
Visualize it,
Feel it,
Sense it.
And now feel and sense and call forth your inner child,
Your golden child.
Hello little one.
See and invite this little one standing with you.
Maybe you see it in your heart,
Carrying it with you.
Maybe you see it standing next to you.
Whatever is manifesting,
Allow whatever you're visualizing,
Allow,
Embrace it with your awareness as we speak to this little one.
Hello,
Little one,
You divine child of the universe.
You are loved.
You are protected more than you know.
Oftentimes,
Little one,
You may feel alone,
Weary in the darkness.
You are the light and we're going to show you now.
So in a moment,
You're going to see them.
Take your hand and say to them now,
Little one,
Take me to the root energy that I need to see right now.
Take me to the root of the darkness or the root of the fear or the root of the scary place or the root of the despair or the dread.
See them taking your hand and walking you or maybe transporting you.
Allow yourself to visualize,
Allow yourself the opportunity to process and unfold.
See them taking you now to a scene,
This scene,
This experience.
Maybe it was a trauma.
Maybe it's not a physical place.
Maybe it's not even here.
Allow whatever is unfolding to unfold.
This is me.
I am safe.
See them taking you deeper and deeper,
Deeper and deeper into the root of the energy that's scaring them.
See this scene manifest.
What does it look like?
See yourself standing as a witness next to this inner child encased in this protective energy of rainbow rays.
What are you seeing?
What are you hearing?
What are you feeling?
What are you sensing?
Allow yourself to re-experience what you need to re-experience.
Allow whatever is surfacing from this darkness to surface.
And as you do,
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale up the left from the hand on your stomach to the hand on your heart and exhale down the right,
Allowing them to show you the origins,
The root causes of the energy,
Whether it be despair,
Terror,
Fear,
Dread,
Whatever it is,
Allowing and breathing,
Seeing it unfold.
And as you do,
See the old energy being exhaled as black smoke as you continue your breath cycles.
See yourself breathing in hope.
See yourself breathing in trust.
See and feel and sense yourself breathing in faith and then exhaling black smoke as you continue to witness and allow them to show you the root energy of where this fear,
This dark dross energy stems from.
Make sure you allow the origin to clearly surface.
And in a moment,
I want you to ask either this inner child,
This archetype,
Or feel into your heart and ask,
Where do I still have a cord?
Where do I still have a cord or am I hooked to this experience or energy?
Ask that question in your inner landscape.
Where do I still have a cord or where am I still hooked to this experience or energy?
Don't have to understand continuing to allow your consciousness field to operate at a purely energetic level.
And as you ask them,
Feel into the answer they're giving you.
Maybe they're telling you and you're hearing it.
Maybe they're visually showing you a cord or some thing connecting you to this energy.
Allow whatever is being shown to clarify.
And if it's a hook or if it's some energy that's connected to you and you can vividly see it,
I want you to say out loud,
I now call down the divine energies I need to transmutate this energy.
I now call down the divine energies I need to transmutate this darkness,
This dread,
This hook or cord.
It may seem like you're looking at a cord of light connecting you to the scene.
Maybe it's energy.
Maybe you may feel chained.
Whatever is unfolding,
Whatever the manifestation that you see,
However it's unfolding for you in this visualization,
See yourself grabbing whatever the hook,
Cord or chains or energy is.
See yourself grabbing it out of you,
Out of the inner child,
Out of your field and see yourself offering it up as a sacrifice,
As an offering,
As a gift to the divine saying,
I release what no longer serves.
I offer this up to be alchemized and recycled its source and seeing the cord or hook or chains,
However it's showing up,
Seeing them dissolve up,
Fading out of you as you inhale more light in,
Exhale more black smoke or other visual representation of this energy leaving your system.
See yourself and feel yourself revising the energy,
Alchemizing the roots,
Alchemizing the emotions,
Thoughts and energies.
Breathing up the left,
Saying out loud,
I call in divine hope and feeling divine hope pouring into your breath,
Inhale.
Maybe you can see it as a color or bright,
Brilliant light,
Exhale divine hope,
Inhale divine hope,
Exhale divine hope.
I call down divine courage,
Breathe in divine courage,
Exhale divine courage.
What does this hope feel like?
What is this courage feel like?
Inhale in the new divine energies to fill the energies that we have now alchemized.
I call down divine faith and inhale divine faith,
Exhale divine faith.
I call down divine faith,
Breathing it in and out.
I call down divine surrender,
Breathing in these energies,
Exhaling these energies.
You don't have to understand,
Let the energy do its magic.
Inhale divine hope,
Inhale divine courage,
Inhale divine faith,
Inhale divine surrender.
And as you do,
See the scene or the root energy dissipating,
Almost as if it's vanishing or dissolving before your very inner eye.
And as it does,
As you continue to inhale from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart and exhale down,
You start to feel more hope bubbling up in you.
You start to feel more courage taking form and integrating into you.
You start to feel and sense the divine faith and surrender inside of you,
Deeply knowing.
For you have faith,
It is often darkest before the dawning of transformation.
And you now know that you can keep going and trust that you are supported universally on your path forward.
Knowing and seeing and feeling now fully that you've already alchemized something that would have seemed scary or difficult to you before.
Feeling into this renewed strength,
This renewed courage,
This renewed hope,
This renewed faith and surrender.
Saying out loud,
I integrate these energies into all aspects of my being.
I integrate these energies with ease into all aspects of my being.
Breathing in,
Maybe you want to breathe in more of the rainbow energy.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Feeling the energy settling in your mind.
Feeling the energy settling in your heart.
Feeling every cell of your body vibrating with hope and faith and courage.
Feeling your energy field integrating.
All aspects of me integrating these energies optimally and easefully.
Breathing in and out,
Thanking the divine child that helped us.
Seeing yourself hug this divine child,
Merging with them into one being.
The being that is you.
Feeling all of these energies in your body,
Saying out loud,
I ground back into the present.
Back in this moment,
Back into the here and now.
Breathing in and out,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Slowly opening your eyes and assimilating your senses.
Giving thanks for the energies that were a part of this transformational visualization.
And saying if it resonates,
And so it is,
And so it was,
And so shall it always be.
Giving thanks for the energies one last time,
As you go forth on your leadership journey,
Remembering this faith,
This courage,
This hope.
And knowing that this too shall pass the next time you are faced with adversity or darkness.
