Welcome to this simple chakra exploration, An opportunity for us to dive into our inner energetic system, These chakras or energy centers that have corresponding biophysical glands. And often in our modern way of life, We fail to clear and attune to these inner energy systems, Creating many problems in our lives. So this will serve with the intention of providing real practical shifts so that not only you can clear and charge your energy centers or chakras, You can also have real shifts in your performance, Resilience, And overall energy levels. So let's begin together. Please close your eyes. Get comfortable. Put your hands on your heart and stomach and bring your awareness to your breath. Using your nose to inhale slowly and gently as you expand your diaphragm on the inhale. And then as you exhale through the nose, Contract your diaphragm and allow the air and energies to release and relax you opening more and more to the here and now centering into the breath more and more with your hand on your heart and stomach and arriving, Bringing all parts of you to this here and now to your body, To this practice, Gathering all parts of you, Opening your mind with every inhale and exhale, Opening your heart with every inhale and exhale and opening and relaxing your body with every inhale and exhale, Allowing yourself to center more and more, Dropping in and deepening your presence and awareness more and more arriving here and now, Allowing yourself to deepen with each inhale, Deepen in words, Being able to draw yourself more and more into your chest, Into your torso, Deeper into your inner landscape with every inhale and exhale, Attuning to the subtle energies and awareness of this inner landscape and inner energy systems. Inhaling, Opening your mind more and more. Inhaling and exhaling, Opening your heart more and more. Inhaling and exhaling and opening your body more and more centering and arriving. And on the next inhale, I want you to draw your breath up the left side of your stomach from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart. As you inhale up the left and as you exhale, Draw your breath down the right side from the hand on your heart down to your stomach. Inhale up the left from the stomach up to the heart. Exhale down the right from the heart down to the hand on your stomach, Creating an orbit or a cycle or circle with your breath, Allowing this cycle and circle to take you deeper into states of awareness, Deeper into a presence and embodied state of attention and inner focus. Inhale up the left. Exhale down the right. As if you're playing ping pong with your breath. Inhale up the left. Exhale down the right. And as you do this, Drawing your awareness more and more into your inner landscape, Allowing all of your energy, Focus and attention to drop down all the way down deep into your body, All the way to the base of your spine, Where we arrive now here at the base of this spine at the perineum lies the base or root chakra energy center. As you breathe in and out, Maintaining this breath cycle, Inhale up the left. Exhale down the right. Allow your attention and focus to both be on the breath as well as drop down all the way to this root center, All the way at the base of your spine in the perineum area. As you connect more and more with this energy center that is often associated with the color red or the hue red, The element of earth and our sense of smell. With each breath inhaling, See this energy center opening, Glowing and expanding more and more, Filling it with energy. As you inhale, Drawing in more and more red hue to this seat of security, This center that is oftentimes associated with physical existence, Security, And our tribe or belonging. As you inhale, Feeling more and more of this center opening and blossoming more and more of this root center and its red hue growing and glowing the seat of security. Also having a corresponding biophysical adrenal gland here. This center can oftentimes be blocked and our adrenals can become out of whack if we have any fears of safety. So as you inhale and exhale here, As well as drawing in the color red, I want you to draw in the energy of safety and trust inhaling, Feeling a red hue, Filling this seat, This root of your spine, This root center and chakra, And feeling more and more trust and safety filling this center and entering your being. Inhale trust and safety. Exhale any fear that you may have in this center. And as you inhale and exhale, I want you to imagine yourself listening to the sounds of chirping, Which is oftentimes associated with this center. And also with this chirping that you may hear or want to create or visualize. You can also imagine smelling the aroma of cedar. You can also see yourself lying in nature on the grass. As you inhale and exhale, Drawing in more trust, Feelings of safety, Hearing chirping, Smelling cedar, Seeing yourself lying in nature on the earth. Inhale and exhale more and more of a red glow. You can also eat any red foods, Perhaps berries, Or use a ruby stone to help reinforce this energy center after this practice. So as you inhale and exhale one more time at this root center, I want you to say this affirmation and breathe it into the center more and more. I am safe. And as you breathe in and out at this root center, Seeing its red glow emanating and amplifying, I am safe, Feeling more and more safe. And on the next inhale and exhale, Feel your energy coming up from this root center, Traveling up a little bit to this pubic region, To the sacral region of your body here, Where we find the sacral chakra or energy center associated with the color orange. As you draw your awareness and attention up from the root to the sacral center, Seeing its orange glow, Connecting with it more and more in the pubic region of your body. Inhale and exhale. The center, The sacral center is associated with the element of water and our sense of taste. So as you breathe and inhale now, See the orange glow of this center growing and glowing more and more as this center opens with each inhale and exhale, Exhale, Opening your seat of creativity more and more as you breathe into the sacral center, More and more filling it with this orange hue as you inhale and exhale. This center is associated with our physical sexual glands, And it is the source of our relational power and sociability. So as you breathe in and out, Seeing more and more of this opening and growing and glowing of this orange energy center, Release any guilt that can often block this center. As you breathe in more and more self-worth and self-acceptance into the chakra, Into this energy center in your sacral region, Inhaling, Exhaling more and more seeing its orange glow grow and amplify as you release any energy that no longer serves of shame or guilt as you breathe in more self-worth and self-acceptance into this seat of creativity, Breathing in and out, Seeing its orange glow growing and amplifying. And as you do, You can also perhaps hear the sounds of harps playing in the background, Which is oftentimes associated with this chakra. And imagine yourself smelling the aroma of jasmine, Seeing yourself having harmonious and clear relational dynamics as you breathe in and out more and more self-acceptance and self-loving into this energy center and the sacral region as it glows orange, Hearing the harps, Imagining jasmine. And to reinforce this center, You can also use carnelian stone or imagine or actually eat oranges or carrots or anything with the orange hue as you inhale and exhale more and more into the seat of creativity, Seeing its orange glow, Amplifying, Growing and glowing. See yourself more and more in this seat of creativity, Clearing and charging it. And on this next inhale and exhale, Say to yourself, I honor myself and others as you inhale and exhale. I honor myself and others as you inhale and exhale into this sacral region. One last time, Draw your awareness up once again, Up from the sacral, Up a little ways to where your hand on your stomach is. As you arrive at this center and the solar plexus region known also as the power chakra in the middle of your abdomen, Draw your awareness and attention more and more with each inhale and exhale. As you continue your breath cycles, Feeling yourself connecting to this chakra with its hue of yellow, The color yellow, Breathing in and out here, Relaxing any tension in your abdomen and back, Feeling your connection to the solar plexus chakra to this yellow center, Growing and glowing the center associated with the element of fire, Our sense of sight, And with each inhale, Feeling it opening, Clearing and glowing more and more yellow as you inhale and exhale at this solar plexus center more and more. This seat of our willpower is also associated with the pancreas in our biophysical form, And it is a center which is the source of our personal power and our ability to create and actualize. And this center can become blocked by any feelings of resentment or disappointment with ourselves, Which block the chakra. So as you breathe in and out, Breathing in and gathering more yellow hues, Breathe in more self honor, Honoring your power, Honoring your self responsibility. As you inhale and exhale into the center in the middle of your abdomen, More yellow and more honoring of your power. As you inhale and exhale, Breathing in and out at this energy center. And as you do, Imagine hearing flutes in the background associated with this chakra, Hearing these flutes and imagining smelling the aroma of sandalwood. This yellow glow growing and amplifying as you also see yourself and visualize yourself making conscious choices and using your power responsibly as you inhale and exhale at your abdomen at this solar plexus chakra, Seeing yourself being more and more in your power. As you hear the flute and smell the sandalwood, You see your sense of power growing. You can also reinforce this chakra by using the citrine stone or drinking lemon water or anything with the color yellow. So as you inhale and exhale at this center, Seeing a yellow glow growing and amplifying on the next inhale and exhale, Say this power statement for the chakra. I honor my power. As you inhale and exhale here, I honor my power, Feeling this yellow center glowing and amplifying as you exhale and then draw your awareness now a little bit higher to where your other hand lies on your heart, Your heart chakra associated with the color green right in the middle of your chest. As you continue to inhale and exhale through these breath cycles, Arriving with your awareness and intention more and more into this heart center chakra, Into this green orb right in the middle of your chest. This center associated with the element of air, A sense of feeling is a very beautiful center. It connects us to loving the seat of divine loving. So as you inhale, Seeing your heart center opening and blossoming, It's green hue glowing and growing as you draw in more green hues and energy into this seat of love, Into your heart center with every inhale and exhale. This center is also associated with the physical thymus gland, The center of your emotional power and loving and intimacy, Which can become blocked by grief or sadness. So as you inhale and exhale into the center of your chest, Feel this hue of green coming in as well as divine self-acceptance and self-loving. As you draw in more self-loving and self-acceptance for yourself with this green into the middle of your chest with every inhale and exhale. And as you do, Imagine hearing chimes in the background as well as smelling the aroma of roses in your nostrils. As you hear these chimes and imagine smelling roses, Visualize yourself sharing love with all those around you. As you inhale into this heart center, Feeling its green glow growing and exhale, Hearing the chimes, Smelling the roses, And seeing and visualizing yourself in divine loving and gratitude. And as you do see this center's green glow growing more and more with each inhale and exhale. And you can use the rose quartz stone or eat green vegetables to support this center. So as you inhale and exhale one more time here, Say this power affirmation of I am loving. As you breathe in and out through your heart one more time, I am loving feeling its green glow amplifying on this exhale. And then drawing your breath up a little bit higher still to your throat center. As you continue these breath cycles, And we dive deeper as we go higher up these energy centers on this exploration and activation of the chakras with your inhale and exhale. Now arriving at the center of your throat, The throat chakra, This blue orb and energy center associated with the element of light and our sense of hearing. So as you inhale and exhale more and more into this energy center at your throat center, See the blue hue amplifying and glowing. See this energy center opening and blossoming as you connect with it with your inhales and exhales, Continuing your breath cycles. As you feel this energy center opening, And it's blue glow and hue growing and glowing as you draw in more and more blue hue and energy into the seat of communication at your throat center. As you inhale into your throat, More blue feeling and sensing this seat of communication associated with the thyroid gland, The center of our source of expression and communication, Which can be blocked by self-deception and any self-denial. So as you breathe into the center, Inhaling and exhaling, Draw in more self-truth, More self-expression into this energy center at your throat, Drawing in blue and feeling and sensing more divine self-expression, Divine speaking of your truth into the center. And as you do inhaling and exhaling, Imagine hearing waves in the background, The waves of the ocean and smelling the aroma of sage. As you inhale and exhale at your throat center, More and more drawing in this divine self-expression and divine self-truth feeling and sensing it amplifying, Clearing and charging. As you hear these waves and smell the sage, Visualize yourself expressing yourself clearly and communicating effectively in your life as you inhale and exhale at this throat center. And on the next inhale and exhale cycle, I want you to say this power command. I am speaking my truth as you inhale and exhale at this blue glowing orb at your throat center, Seeing and sensing yourself speaking your truth. I am speaking my truth. And on the next inhale and exhale, Drawing your awareness up once again, Higher up still going up from the throat to the middle of your brow in the middle of your head. Here lies our third eye chakra or energy center. And as you inhale and exhale arriving more and more at this third eye center in the middle of your brow, Seeing it's purple hue and color seeing and sensing this third eye center breathing into it, Inhaling and exhaling and seeing and drawing in more of this purple hue, The center associated with the element of light and our sense of insight and inner intuition. So as you inhale, See the center opening and clearing and charging, See its purple glow growing and amplifying. See this seat of insight and intuition growing and glowing and charging with every inhale and exhale more and more purple coming in. This center is associated with the physical pituitary gland and is the center of the source of our reflection, Intuition, And realization. And it can become blocked by deception, Illusions, Or separation. And so as you breathe in and out through this center at the middle of your brow, This purple center breathing in and out, Draw in true self-clarity and self-reflection into this third eye center. As you inhale, Drawing in this purple light and drawing in true self-reflection and self-clarity, Inhale and exhale. And as you do, Imagine hearing the sound of bees buzzing associated with this chakra. As you hear bees buzzing and imagine bees buzzing, Also imagine smelling the aroma of lavender. It is a very, Very powerful smell to invoke. As you hear the bees buzzing and the aroma of the lavender, See yourself and visualize yourself in nature with sunlight beaming down on your third eye. As you inhale and exhale, Seeing more and more of these beautiful purple hues, Imagining bees buzzing in the background, The aroma of lavender, And visualizing yourself in nature with sunlight beaming down on this third eye center. As you draw in more self-clarity and self-reflection and see its purple glow growing and amplifying as you inhale and exhale, Saying this command, I see clearly. I see clearly. As you inhale and exhale, Seeing this purple glow amplifying, Seeing yourself indeed seen clearly. And you can use amethyst stone to help support this center and reinforce this practice. And as you inhale and exhale, Seeing yourself seen clearly, One last exhale. And then as you draw your awareness up one last time to the very top of your head, The crown center crown chakra here at the very top of your head, The very top chakra in our physical body associated with the color violet. And as you arrive more and more with your inhale and exhale, Your breath cycle, Continuing your hand on your heart and stomach, Seeing this violet center glowing and growing at the top of your head at the crown, The center associated with the element of energy and our sense of connection and truly breathing and inhaling here at this violet center at the crown, Inhaling and seeing it opening, Clearing and charging, Drawing in more violet into the crown with every inhale and exhale this seat of divinity, This seat of divinity at the crown center being charged with every inhale and exhale, Seeing this violet glow growing and growing more and more. And this center is affiliated with the pineal gland and is the center and source of our spiritual power, Inspiration, And divine connection. And it can become blocked by materialism. So as you inhale and exhale through this crown center, Seeing the violet glow amplifying, Draw in the energies of true self-awareness, True self-awareness coming into the crown as you inhale and exhale more and more, More and more feeling this crown center being charged. And as you do, You may want to smell the aroma of Lotus, The aroma of Lotus, Imagine Lotus wafting into your nostrils and visualize yourself in divine, Divine communion and divine connection, Meditating or praying as you are now seeing yourself as you breathe in more divine self-awareness into this violet center at the crown, Imagining the smell of Lotus, Visualizing yourself in divine connection. And you can support this center with quartz stone as well. And some say that eating figs can also help support this center. So as you inhale and exhale one more time here at the crown, I want you to say out loud the connection, The command for this center as well. I am divinely connected. I am divinely connected and feeling your connection through the crown. And as you exhale one more time, I want you to draw your breath down, Inhale down all the way down to the root and then exhale, Inhale all the way back up to the crown and then exhale back down from the crown to the root as if you're breathing and pulsing with your breath, Drawing your breath up through all the chakras, The root up to the sacral, Up to the solar plexus, Up to the heart, Up to the throat, Up to the third eye and then all the way up to the crown and then exhale all the way down, Back down from the crown to the third eye, To the throat, To the heart, Back down to the solar plexus, The sacral and then exhaling and arriving at the root. Do this breath cycle a couple of times as you inhale up and exhale down, Feeling the pulse of life force through your chakra systems. As you do these last couple of breath cycles, Say out loud, I integrate these energies into all of my systems. I integrate these energies into all of my systems. As you inhale and exhale one last time, As you open your eyes, Coming back to the present, Saying out loud a couple more times, I integrate all these energies into all of my systems. Slowly taking a moment to arrive and ground in the here and now, Allowing yourself to process and integrate this activation and energy charging.
