Now bring your awareness to your head as we progressively relax our body starting with our heads.

Feel into the head and breathe in and out here and see if you can,

Relax the tension that may be present in your head.

Feel into if you can relax your jaw with every exhale.

Feel into relaxing any tension in your brow and your neck as you relax your head,

Draining your awareness down into your body,

Relaxing your neck and shoulders,

Dropping your awareness even more.

Breathing in and out as you relax your shoulders,

Feel your hands and arms relaxing.

Feel this progressive wave of relaxation growing and amplifying.

Feel your chest relaxing with every exhale,

Your shoulders and upper back dropping and descending.

Any tension in your stomach dissolving with every inhale and exhale.

Feel your lower back,

Your stomach opening up and relaxing.

Bringing your awareness now to your legs,

Relaxing them slowly and steadily,

Allowing this relaxation to extend down to your lower extremities.

Known as the center,

The mind center or the third eye center,

A major energy center.

The second major pump or energy center,

Filling your heart center with this divine frequency.

And dropping down into the solar plexus,

The third major pump known as the power center.

Commanding it open like a pump or a valve.

With your inhale and exhale,

Feeling your stomach relaxing,

Feeling this energy center opening.

Breathing in and out,

Calling in divine power,

Calling in divine power as you breathe into your solar plexus.

Now put one hand on your heart,

Put one hand on your stomach.

We will use your hands to anchor you into your body,

Deepening your presence.

And now as you breathe,

Inhale up from the hand on your stomach,

Like you're playing ping pong with your breath between your hands.

Inhale from one hand to the other.

Deepening your awareness with every inhale and exhale.

Allowing your breath to form a cycle and orbit with your breath.

Connecting your breath between your hands.

Maintaining this breath cycle,

Allowing your breath to maintain a steady flow.

I want you to visualize yourself standing in front of a staircase.

As you continue to breathe,

Standing at the top of this staircase.

It looks old with vines.

Breathing out loud as you look at this staircase in your mind's eye.

Breathing inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right.

I choose to journey into my subconscious.

I choose to journey into my underworld.

Now stepping on to this staircase,

Noticing the vines and its dilapidated nature as it spirals downwards into what looks like a basement.

Step on to this staircase as you maintain your breath.

Deepening your awareness as we descend into your subconscious.

Stepping on to the staircase with every step going deeper and deeper as you walk down this staircase deepening into your consciousness with every count getting deeper and deeper in presence.

I am both here and there.

I'm both in my body and in my mind's eye.

Ten,

Walking deeper and deeper down the staircase.

Nine,

Eight,

Feeling your awareness descending deeper.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Feeling your presence deepening in your body.

Seeing the light at the bottom of this staircase.

Three,

Two,

One.

Walking off this staircase now,

Walking off this staircase into this cellar or basement.

Walk in and see a light in the center of the room.

Look around and acclimate to this visualization.

Look around,

What do you see in this basement or cellar?

Are there any sounds activating your sense of sound and hearing in your mind's eye?

Perhaps you feel sensations.

Perhaps you're sensing a taste or an order even.

Whatever is arising,

Allow it.

Feeling into your senses as you walk towards the center of this room,

Of this basement,

Your subconscious as you maintain your breath.

Inhale from the hand on your stomach up to the hand on your heart.

Exhale from the hand on your heart to the hand on your stomach.

When you're in the center of this room,

This dark basement cellar,

Say out loud now,

I invoke my shadow to take form.

And perhaps you're seeing it now.

Perhaps it's clearly taking shape as an image,

As a being.

Maybe it's a ball of energy.

Maybe it's a color.

Maybe it's a hazy image.

Maybe it's nothing at all.

Maybe it's a sensation.

Allow whatever is arising to transpire and unfold to deepen your awareness,

Anchoring to your breath.

Inhale up the left.

Exhale down the right.

Shadow,

I'm ready.

Take shape.

Take form in front of me.

As you breathe,

See and look down and see a cord of light,

Like an umbilical cord or a sprout growing out of your heart towards this shadow element,

Towards this energy or this being.

Whatever it's looking like,

See yourself growing a cord known as a connection of light.

See this cord extending out to your shadow.

See it connecting.

With every inhale up the left,

Exhale down the right.

See your breath going into this cord.

As you inhale,

Feel your breath going towards your shadow.

And as you exhale,

Feel the pulsation coming back from the shadow to you.

I'm ready.

This is safe.

I choose to connect with you,

Shadow.

As you breathe back and forth,

Feeling this connection,
