I know how hard it can be to experience challenging situations alone.
It's okay to feel upset.
And it's okay to feel upset that you're upset.
This is really hard.
How about we take some deep breaths together?
And with each inhale,
I want you to imagine you are breathing in my care and concern for you.
Breathe in my desire for your well-being.
And on the exhale,
Let go of anything that feels hard right now.
Surrender it.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing in my hope for you,
My concern for you.
And exhale,
Letting go of frustrations,
Fears,
Sadness.
Inhale my gratitude for your existence.
I'm so glad you're here.
Inhale any tension,
Exhaustion.
