End your day with a few minutes of restful pause, quiet contemplation, and a gentle promise to align with your highest self. This soulful guided practice supports mindful reflection and relaxation. Let your thoughts unfold naturally—without analysis, without judgment. Write if you feel called to, or simply witness what rises within. Use it to consciously close your day, your week, or even your year with clarity and intention. Chant at the end: पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते । पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥ ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥ That (Outer World) is Purna (Full with Divine Consciousness); This (Inner World) is also Purna (Full with Divine Consciousness) From Purna is manifested Purna (From the Fullness of Divine Consciousness, the World is manifested) Taking Purna from Purna, Purna indeed remains (Because Divine Consciousness is Non-Dual and Infinite) Om, Peace, Peace, Peace.

Namaste Yet another day has come to an end.

This follow-along reflection practice shall help you unwind,

Relax and reflect upon the day that has just gone by.

It is no surprise that some of the most successful people in the world end their day by spending a few minutes in quiet contemplation and reflection.

This simple process can help you grow and evolve at a much more rapid pace than you would otherwise.

So to make the most out of the practice,

I recommend keeping a notebook in a pen next to you and let your answers arise naturally.

Here's how this works.

We shall begin by spending a few minutes in relaxation.

Post that,

I shall offer some simple prompts for you to think about.

After each prompt,

There will be some quiet time for you to reflect.

In case you need longer,

Please feel free to pause the audio and then resume once you're ready.

Shall we begin?

Settle down into a posture of your choice.

I recommend doing this in a place where you feel safe,

Comfortable and will not be disturbed for the duration of this practice.

It can be helpful to do the practice on your study table or your work desk such that you can note down your thoughts in your journal.

Close your eyes.

Let your feet rest firmly on the ground,

Perhaps crossing the seam at the ankles if that feels comfortable.

Your spine is tall,

Steady like a mountain and yet gentle like the stem of a plant.

Drop your entire weight onto the surface beneath you.

Let your hands rest on your lap or on the table.

Allow your breath to flow in and out naturally.

It's okay to relax now.

This day is coming to a close.

You've done your bit.

You find yourself surrounded by lush green trees.

Flowers of many different colors line your path on both sides.

A gentle,

Cool breeze is flowing through the trees,

Carrying with it the soothing scent of the forest.

As you walk down in this path,

The breeze begins to caress your entire body.

It soothes your nerves and washes away all the stress from the day that has just gone by.

You reach a point in the forest from where you can see the sunset.

Rays of the sun fall on your face and begin to re-energize your soul.

It's time to rest.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Let go of all the worries from your day.

For the next part of our time together,

You can continue to rest in the forest and contemplate in your mind or you may gently open your eyes and reflect in your journal.

Make your choice,

Either is okay.

What is one thing that brought you joy today?

This need not be something complicated,

It could be something simple that you did.

Now bring to your mind's eye any one moment during the day when you practice kindness towards another being.

It could be a kind action,

A kind word,

A kind gesture or maybe just a loving thought.

Notice how you feel as you think about this.

Now for your next prompt,

Think about someone or something for whom you feel grateful today.

And once you bring that to mind,

Take a moment to send some gratitude their way,

Letting them know why you're grateful for them.

Now let's gently focus on the day that is about to come.

If you could do one thing differently tomorrow,

What would that be?

If you were writing,

Now is the time to set your pen aside and gently close your eyes.

And if you were contemplating in your mind,

Take a moment to let the thoughts rest.

And let us finish the practice with three deep loving breaths.

Ready?

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe out.

Now enjoy the silence for the next few minutes.

Just staying with your breath,

Staying with a sense of closure for this day.

With that,

We come to the end of our practice for today.

If you enjoyed your session,

A simple way in which you could support my teachings here would be to leave a comment.

I'll see you here tomorrow for another meditation or the same reflection.

My name is Soumya.

Namaste.
