Welcome friend,

Thank you so much for joining me here today.

My name is Krystal,

I am an EFT tapping and guided meditation teacher,

Wellness coach and financial coach.

I wanted to talk today about accepting a diagnosis as a roadmap to healing.

When we first receive a diagnosis,

No matter what it is,

It can be overwhelming and scary.

We can have intense feelings,

Fears,

Emotions all over the place.

But I invite you to take the first step in any healing journey and that is acceptance,

Starting with radical acceptance.

It is important to accept a diagnosis for what it is,

Information,

Not always just a definition.

This is a roadmap and it may be a change in the roadmap of your journey of your life,

But your diagnosis is not your identity,

Nor does it have to be.

I invite you to embrace this reality as an opportunity for growth rather than a limitation.

Know that acceptance does not mean giving up,

It means getting clear on where to start.

The next step is knowing that your diagnosis is a compass,

Not a cage.

A diagnosis can be so overwhelming like it's labeling you or putting you in a box,

But in reality it is a guide.

The diagnosis can be like a compass,

Pointing you toward areas in your life that need different or increased attention and healing.

So you can shift from seeing a diagnosis as something that holds you back to viewing it as a set of directions that will lead you toward a better,

Healthier version of yourself.

Healing is possible,

Miracles happen every single day.

The next step is realizing and knowing that you are not your diagnosis,

You are so much more than your diagnosis.

The diagnosis is a smaller part of the bigger picture of who you are.

It does not define your spirit,

It does not define your capabilities,

And it does not always define your future.

Each and every one of us is a dynamic,

Multifaceted being and we are filled with the potential to heal,

To grow,

And to evolve.

The next step is realizing your power of choice.

Your diagnosis gives you knowledge,

But the power is still yours to make choices for your future.

Emphasizing to yourself that you hold the key to how you respond to the diagnosis.

You are allowed to feel all of the feelings that come with this.

Feel them,

Work through them,

And step forward.

Instead of drowning in the feelings that you may have around why is this happening to me,

But use them to fuel you to move forward and really stand in your power.

Whether it's changing habits,

Seeking support,

Or reframing your mindset,

The choice is yours to use your diagnosis as a stepping stone toward healing.

Next,

I invite you to turn challenges into opportunities.

Each challenge you face is an opportunity to build resilience.

I encourage you to view challenges as opportunities to rise above,

To tap into your inner strength and create new pathways for yourself.

Yes,

The diagnosis may present obstacles,

But it also opens doors to deeper self-awareness,

Compassion,

And empowerment.

You may be able to use what you are going through to help others now and in the future.

This diagnosis may bring to you your tribe.

It may bring to you people that you may otherwise have not met before that help to empower you and embrace you and help you to heal.

Next,

Know that the roadmap to healing is unique and personal.

Your journey is yours,

And it's okay if it looks different from anyone else's.

Your life is yours and yours alone.

Don't feel like you should be in a different place or you should be farther ahead.

You may actually be farther ahead than you really realize that you are.

Know that healing is not a one-size-fits-all,

Linear,

Looks-the-same-for-everyone process.

It's okay to go at your own pace,

And it's okay to accept the twists and turns,

The ups and downs of the path that you are on.

What matters is you are on this journey for yourself.

You are not alone,

But you are capable of walking it by yourself.

And there may be moments where you could be walking through it alone.

Progress,

No matter how small,

Is still movement toward healing,

So please keep that in mind.

And know of the potential that the best is yet to come.

This may just be the beginning of a new chapter in your life,

And the best version of you may be just on the horizon.

Remember,

The diagnosis is a part of your story,

But it does not always mean the end of your story.

This is a doorway to becoming the healthiest,

Happiest,

And most fulfilled version of yourself.

There is so much potential here,

And by not letting your diagnosis define who you are,

You have the potential to step into your power,

Use it as a learning experience,

And step into your new chapter.

Keeping your mindset positive,

Practicing radical acceptance,

Accepting help from others,

From source,

From the universe,

And knowing that you are so powerful,

And so beautiful,

And so needed to shine your light here.

I wish you all the best,

And I thank you for joining me.
