Welcome to a guided meditation with ocean sounds in the background.

This meditation is to help you relax and visualize sitting by the ocean.

Find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down in.

Allow yourself to relax.

Allow your eyes to close.

Leave them open.

Allow yourself to just be.

And visualize yourself sitting by the ocean.

It can be any time of day.

Whatever makes you the most comfortable and happy and relaxed.

If you like to sit during the morning,

It can be right when the sun is rising.

You feel the warmth of the sun beginning to touch your skin.

You're laying on the beach on a beautiful,

Colorful towel.

Watching the sun rise over the horizon line.

You're seeing the waves crashing on the shore.

You can hear the gulls in the distance.

You're allowing your jaw to relax.

Allowing the muscles in between your eyes and the muscles of your forehead to relax.

Allow yourself to breathe easily.

If you can breathe in on a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two and breathe out two,

Three,

Four.

Again.

In two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two.

Breathe out two,

Three,

Four.

Allow your breath now to flow naturally and casually.

Feel the muscles of your face and your head relaxing as much as they can.

Allow the muscles of your face and your jaw to relax.

Allow the muscles of your neck and shoulders to relax.

Allow the muscles of your arms to relax and just if you can just melt into the sand.

Melt into that towel.

Allowing your upper body to relax.

Allowing your torso to relax.

Listening to the waves crashing on the shore.

Allowing the relaxation to flow down to your abdomen.

The relaxation is flowing all the way down over your hips.

Down through your upper thighs.

Down through your lower calves.

And down through your feet.

Imagine any stress being released through the soles of your feet.

Allowing that stress to go down and be absorbed by mother earth for transmutation.

Imagine feeling that sun kissing your skin.

Allowing all of your worries from the day to melt away as much as they can.

Breathing in that beautiful salty ocean air.

Absorbing all of the beautiful positivity from the earth.

From the ocean air.

From the sun.

Allow it to heal you.

Allow it to flow through you.

Take a minute to just enjoy being where you are.

Listening to the ocean waves.

The sounds of the ocean.

Listening to the families on the beach.

Listening to the birds.

Listening to the waves.

Allowing yourself to feel peaceful.

At this point,

You can start waking up your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes slowly.

Maybe making circles with your wrists and your ankles.

Allowing your eyes to easily flutter open.

Take the peace that you have found with you throughout your day or your night and know that you can always come back here at any time.

Take your time.

Bring your body back into the room you're in.

Look around the space that you're in.

And know that you can always find peace here.
