Hello my friend,

I am Crystal and I wanted to thank you for joining me on this cozy guided meditation.

At the end of the meditation you will hear the sound of bells so I just wanted to let you know ahead of time so there is no shock for that.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying down position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh air.

As you exhale release any tension that you may be holding in your body.

For now let go of the outside world and let's allow ourselves to be fully present in this moment.

Continue breathing gently and allowing your breath to come easily.

Now visualize yourself in a warm and cozy space.

Imagine a soft blanket wrapped around your shoulders providing a sense of comfort and security.

Feel the warmth of the room enveloping you like a gentle hug.

The room is comfortably warm and not too hot.

As you inhale through your nose breathe in the warmth and the coziness that surrounds you.

If there are any particular scents that bring you coziness visualize those as well.

A warm cup of coffee,

A hot cup of cocoa,

A glass of wine or some whiskey,

Maybe even some sparkling cider or sparkling water.

Allow your breath to flow naturally here.

Visualize the snow falling gently around you outside.

Picture the delicate snowflakes falling down from the sky covering the world in a soft beautiful sparkling white blanket.

Visualize the serene winter landscape with the trees adorned in glistening snow and the ground covered in a pristine layer of softness.

Keep allowing your breath to come natural here.

As you continue to breathe deeply bring your awareness to the contrast between the chilly beauty outside and the warmth within.

Feel a sense of gratitude for the shelter that protects you from the cold.

Sense the peace that comes with being snug and secure in this inviting space.

Now turn your attention inward.

Scan your body for any areas of tension or discomfort.

As you exhale release any tightness or stress that you may be holding within your body,

Your mind,

Or your spirit.

Allow your muscles to relax and surrender to the tranquility and peace of this moment.

Scanning your body from the top of your head down over your face,

Over the back of your head,

Over your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your upper arms,

Your upper chest,

Your upper back,

Your lower back,

Your abdomen,

Your lower arms,

Your wrists and your hands.

Scanning over your hips,

Your thighs,

Allowing any stress to move down.

Down over your knees,

Down over your calves,

Over your ankles,

Your heels,

Down and out the tips of your toes.

Release that stress into the earth to be transmuted into something positive.

In this cocoon of coziness take a moment to appreciate the simple joys of being indoors while the snow falls outside.

Allow yourself to feel a profound sense of serenity and gratitude for this present moment.

Feel gratitude for who you are and how far you've come.

As we conclude this meditation gently bring your awareness back to the room you are in.

Feel the sensation of the surface you have been sitting or laying on.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes when you are ready.

Remember this feeling of warmth and tranquility and continue to carry it with you throughout your day.

Thank you for joining me.

Cheers!
