Today’s practice is a gentle body scan to help you. We will remind ourselves of day 2 self-care and notice how much energy you have right now. Are you running low or feeling fully charged? You’ll be guided to stroke your forehead to release tension, place your hands over your heart, and bring to mind one simple thing you feel grateful for. It may be your body, your breath, or something small that lights up your day. By listening, you may: - Tune into your body and energy levels with kindness. - Release built-up tension and soften your nervous system. - Cultivate gratitude and reconnect with what sustains you. - Feel calmer, more present, and gently recharged. Listen in the morning to check in before your day, at lunchtime for an energy reset, or in the evening to release stress and return to gratitude.
