Gentle colour visualisation adds a soothing focus point for busy minds. Ideal for bedtime, insomnia relief, and returning to sleep after nighttime wake-ups. Includes: Yoga Nidra • NSDR-style deep rest • relaxation breathing • body scan for sleep • grounding • somatic settling • soothing imagery. Best time to listen: evening wind-down • bedtime routine • lights-out • middle-of-the-night awakenings • after emotional overwhelm • lunchtime/afternoon reset.
