Struggling with stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue? This 25-minute NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) practice is designed to give your brain and body a powerful reset, without needing a full nap. NSDR, or Non-Sleep Deep Rest, is a science-backed method that guides you into a deeply restorative state, helping to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and support emotional regulation. This session is perfect for: - Midday recharge - Post-work recovery - Early evening wind-down - Any time you feel overstimulated or stuck in a stress loop You’ll be gently guided through body awareness, breathwork, and mindful relaxation to help you access deep rest while remaining awake and aware. Many people find that a single NSDR session like this can feel as rejuvenating as a short nap and easier to fit into a busy day. Music by Music of Wisdom Heart Alignment
