Dear friend,

Take a moment now just for you,

Finding a comfortable position,

Ensuring you won't be disturbed and give yourself permission to take this time for rest.

There's nothing you need to do.

There's nothing to achieve.

Simply arrive in this space,

Inviting the eyes to close or your gaze to soften.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And now exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or weight you may be carrying.

Continue to breathe deeply,

And with each breath,

Feel a gentle wave of relaxation flowing through you,

Allowing that relaxation to deepen,

Inviting in ease,

Letting go of any heaviness,

Allowing each breath to nourish your entire being.

Allow your breath now to return back to its usual pace,

And place your hand at your heart center,

At the center of the chest,

And allow a soft smile to form in your lips.

Bring to mind something that brings you joy.

Perhaps it's the golden glow of dawn stretching across the sky.

Perhaps it's the melody of a cherished song.

Or the comfort of someone who makes you feel at home.

Allow this warmth to expand,

Flowing through every layer of your being,

Your body,

Breath,

Mind,

Intuition,

And spirit.

Imagine it surrounding you like a gentle aura of light,

Comforting you throughout your day,

And bringing to mind someone you love dearly,

And sending them thoughts of positivity.

May you be peaceful.

May you be peaceful.

And begin to draw the awareness to the top of the head,

The space of infinite connection,

And slowly bring your focus down to your forehead and your eyes,

Inviting ease into every tiny muscle,

Awareness to your nose,

And sensing the cool air entering,

And the warmth of the breath as it leaves.

Awareness to the back of the head,

And notice its weight against the surface beneath you.

Awareness your ears,

And notice the sounds around you.

Allow each sound to flow through you,

Gently guiding you into stillness.

Awareness of the left shoulder,

And the right shoulder,

And softening any tension.

You find that.

Moving your awareness to the left upper arm,

Elbow,

Lower arm,

To the hand,

And all the fingertips of the left hand.

Noticing the temperature of the hand,

And the weight of the left arm.

Awareness of the right shoulder,

Right upper arm,

Elbow,

Lower right arm,

Wrist,

Hand,

Fingers,

And thumb of the right hand.

Noticing the temperature of the hand,

And the weight of the right arm.

Focusing on the chest,

And the heart space.

With every inhale,

Feel your lungs expanding,

Effortlessly,

Filling you with life force,

Energy,

Prana.

And with every exhale,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

Awareness to the upper back,

And the lower back.

Feeling supported by Mother Earth,

And awareness to the abdomen,

Your vital organs,

And digestive system.

Expressing gratitude,

For their steady,

Tireless,

Function.

Awareness to the pelvis,

And the hips,

And your left upper leg,

Knee,

And lower leg.

Awareness of the right leg,

Upper leg,

Lower leg,

Right foot,

And toes.

Acknowledging the strength of your legs,

That have carried you,

And taken you,

So many places.

Allowing them to rest fully now.

As you feel a gentle wave of relaxation flowing past your knees,

Through your lower leg,

And down to your feet and toes.

Imagine now,

Or just know,

That a warm golden light is entering through your toes.

Filling your body with nourishment,

And ease.

This healing light travels up through the leg,

And down to the feet.

Past the knees,

To the hips.

Traveling up the spine,

And spreading out,

Into the organs,

And flowing into the lungs,

And the heart.

Flowing through your shoulders,

And down your arms,

Into your fingertips.

This light travels back up the arms,

To the throat.

Traveling up the face,

And the ears.

And all the way to the top of the head.

Enveloping you completely,

In its gentle glow.

You are enough.

You are worthy of love.

You deserve peace.

And the joy this day has to offer.

Taking a moment to rest in this radiance.

Feeling peaceful,

And deeply connected.

Allowing this warmth and kindness,

To be part of you.

Begin to deepen the breath.

Breathing in,

Belly expanding.

And breathing out,

Releasing.

In,

Expanding.

And out,

Releasing.

Begin to move your fingers and your toes.

Carrying this sense of harmony with you.

As you roll onto the side of the body.

And gradually make your way up,

Into a seated position.
