Begin your day with this gentle morning prayer of joy and gratitude. In this short 10-minute practice, you may soften anxiety, release self-doubt, and open your heart to quiet miracles already present in your life. You’ll be guided with soothing language to breathe, centre your nervous system, and let these words become your own: a prayer for trust, alignment, and being gently supported by life. This track is especially supportive for sensitive or neurodivergent minds who feel overwhelmed in the morning and want a calm, spiritual reset rather than pressure to “be positive.” When to listen: - Morning – to begin the day in trust and gratitude - Mid-Morning – when your day feels heavy, and you need to realign Music: Loborio Conti Bilateral Music

Welcome,

I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Sandhya,

And this is your gentle morning prayer of trust and gratitude.

You might like to sit or lie in a position that feels supportive to your body,

And if it feels safe to do so,

Allow your eyes to soften or simply rest your gaze on a fixed spot.

There's nothing you have to do perfectly here,

And if your mind wanders,

That's completely okay.

Take a slow,

Easy breath in through your nose and a long,

Gentle breath out.

Feel the weight of your body resting into the surface beneath you,

Held,

Supported.

You might like to place one hand over your heart's centre,

If that feels comforting,

At the centre of the chest.

And if you wish,

You might quietly repeat these inside your mind,

Or allow the words to simply wash over you.

As this new day begins,

I choose to open my heart,

My mind,

And my spirit.

I may not see every miracle yet,

But I'm willing to notice the small gifts,

The small gifts that life is placing in my path.

Today,

I ask for my capacity to expand gently,

To hold a little more love,

A little more joy,

And a little more gratitude.

May the doubts that cloud my vision loosen their grip.

May any insecurities that keep me small begin to soften at the edges.

May the fears that block my path be met with compassion and understanding.

I replace fear with trust.

I trust there is a loving intelligence moving through my life.

I trust that every moment may hold something that helps my soul grow.

Today,

I align myself with the frequencies of kindness,

Magic,

Love,

And possibility.

I may not get it right all the time,

And that's okay.

Each breath is a chance to begin again.

I surrender what I cannot control,

And in that surrender,

I make space for support,

Guidance,

And ease.

Let me see the beauty in what already is.

Allow me to cherish this present moment as something sacred.

Trusting it contains exactly what I need.

Today,

I commit to walking in a little more light,

To create small pockets of joy,

To being a vessel of love.

For healing,

For transformation,

Not only for myself,

But also for those around me.

May I remember I am not alone.

I am held,

Supported,

And guided moment by moment.

Today,

I choose trust.

Today,

I choose gratitude.

Today,

I choose kindness.

Take another slow,

Easy breath in,

And a long,

Relaxed breath out.

When you're ready,

Begin to move the body,

And as you move into your day,

Carry this quiet prayer with you,

Knowing you can come back to listen to it whenever you need a soft reset.

I wish you a wonderful day.

My name is Sandhya.
