Start your day with softness and intention in this 3-minute Morning Gratitude for Your Day practice. You’ll be gently guided to pause, breathe, and imagine the first light of dawn touching your body, inviting calm, focus, and a quiet sense of inner support. As you settle into stillness, you’ll reflect on three things you’re grateful for in your body, and three simple blessings in the day ahead. This short practice helps you connect to gratitude from within and send that feeling forward into the people you meet and the places you go. Perfect for busy mornings, this practice helps you feel grounded, appreciative, and ready to meet your day with positivity. Music: Loborio Conti

Take a deep breath in and out,

And as you settle into this day,

Imagine the first light of dawn slowly beginning to rise.

Feel it gently touching your body,

Soft and steady,

Inviting you to embrace this new day.

This light touches your skin and warms you from within,

Filling you with a sense of peace and calm.

Breathing in and out,

And welcoming this light into your body,

Penetrating through the skin,

Feeling that sense of calmness within you.

And now bring to mind three things you're grateful for in your body.

Perhaps it's the strength of your legs,

The warmth of your hands,

Or your kind smile.

Feeling thankful for your body supporting you today.

And now imagine three things you're grateful for in your future day.

Perhaps it's running water,

Or a moment of quiet,

Or the possibility of learning something new.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Opening your eyes,

Knowing this gratitude will carry your day forward and brighten up this day.
