Allowing your eyes now to comfortably close,

Your awareness to the breath.

Belly expanding as you take a breath in and then breathing out through the mouth as though you're blowing out through a straw,

In through the nose,

Belly expanding and out through the mouth as though you're blowing out through a straw.

Continuing with this deep conscious breathing if you wish,

Satya or truthfulness invites us to live authentically and to express our truth with kindness.

It helps us to release any mass we might be hiding behind and allows us to show up in the world just as we are.

Allow the breath to return to its usual pace if you choose.

Releasing any tension in the body,

Feeling grounded and supported by mother earth beneath you and bring into mind a situation where you've held help back from speaking your truth.

Perhaps it was a recent conversation or something from the past.

Without judgment,

Reflect on how it felt.

How did it feel when you held back?

And now imagine this situation again,

But this time visualize yourself speaking your truth,

Speaking clearly and honestly from a place of kindness.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Remembering speaking the truth doesn't mean being harsh,

It means sharing what is real for you with kindness and respect.

Breath in and breath out.

Breath in and breath out.

If your mind wanders,

Bring the awareness to the breath.

Breath flowing in and breath flowing out.

And now becoming aware of the surface beneath you and gently beginning to open your eyes.
