In this 8 minute meditation, you'll be gently guided to let go of the items you find difficult to release. Starting with grounding techniques, you’ll find calm and clarity in a peaceful garden, visualizing the process of clearing away what no longer serves you. With each breath, you’ll affirm your trust in letting go and creating room for new energy and abundance. This meditation supports you in transforming your space—both physically and emotionally—by embracing a mindful approach to decluttering. Feel the freedom of simplicity and the power of release.
