Welcome to this confidence building meditation designed to help you with overwhelmed by noise.

Find a quiet comfortable place where you can relax,

Allow your eyes to close.

Breathing in filling your lungs and exhale slowly out.

In and out.

And joining me for this four,

Seven,

Eight breath.

Breathing in for four,

Holding for seven and out for eight.

There should never be any strain.

If there is just do deep breathing in and out.

Breathing in,

Hold and out.

In,

Hold and out.

In,

Hold,

Out.

Allow your breath now to return to its usual pace.

Feeling your feet connected to the earth.

Imagining you've got a protective shield surrounding you.

Shielding you from any feelings of overwhelm.

You can imagine this like a bubble if you wish.

Mentally say to yourself,

I am worthy of peace and tranquility even in the midst of noise.

I embrace my sensitivity as a strength.

I embrace my sensitivity as a strength.

I am capable.

I can do this.

Feel the truth of these affirmations sinking into your being.

Knowing you are not alone in these struggles.

I am here with you.

Now imagine yourself stepping into a quiet oasis within your mind.

A place of serenity and calm.

Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this peaceful sanctuary.

It might be imagined or it might be a place you find safe.

Savoring the stillness of this place.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in and out.

Remember you are capable.

You are not alone.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes.

If you enjoyed this today,
