ADHD Boosting Creativity at Work This meditation is designed to unlock your creative potential.

Being open,

Using your imagination.

Often individuals with ADHD are very creative.

As you focus on this meditation,

The aim is for you to be better equipped to tackle work challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.

Sitting comfortably,

Allowing the spine to be long and the body relaxed.

Close your eyes,

Take a breath in,

Chest expanding and exhale fully.

Breathing in and out.

Deep conscious breath.

With each breath out,

Releasing any mental blocks or tension.

Deep breathing in and out.

Breathing in imagination,

Creativity.

Breathing out any doubt,

Any hesitation.

Breathing in and out.

Visualise a black canvas in front of you.

With each breath,

Imagine vibrant colours and shapes filling the canvas.

Representing your creative energy.

See your ideas flowing freely,

Painting a picture in front of you,

Inspiring you.

Feel your mind opening up to new possibilities.

As you silently affirm.

I am open to new ideas.

I am open to new ideas.

I am open to new ideas.

I am creative and inspired.

I am creative and inspired.

Each breath inspiring you,

Energising you.

Inviting new fresh ideas in.

And exhaling,

Clearing away any creative blocks,

Letting go.

When you take time out of your day to meditate,

It often opens up those possibilities for you.

Giving your mind a chance to come up with new ideas.

Don't force it,

Allow it.

When you're ready,

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling inspired,

Energised.

As you exhale,

Open your eyes,

Ready to bring your creative insights into your work.
