Finding yourself a comfortable seated position and take a few moments to center yourself by using your breath.

I'm beginning now to deepen your breath,

Inhaling through your nose and as you exhale open the mouth and breathe out through an open mouth.

You're breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In and out.

In and out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

In and out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

And bring the awareness now to your sacral chakra just below the belly button and toward the spine.

Sensing a soft orange light here.

The same light you can see from the sun.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the beauty of this moment.

With each inhale visualize yourself drawing in any feelings of worry,

Stress,

Anger,

Any frustration and imagine these emotions taking shape as wisps of energy swirling gently within the glowing orange light.

And as you exhale,

Envisage releasing these emotions.

Travelling out into the vast expanse of the sea.

You watch as they drift away on the gentle currents.

With each exhale releasing and letting go.

You begin to feel lighter and more at peace.

Knowing you are letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

And you are creating a space for tranquility to flow in.

With each breath in and out feeling more at peace.

As if a weight has been lifted from your being.

As you exhale allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of profound release and surrender.

Releasing any heavy burdens that have weighed you down.

With each breath out feel the tension melting away.

You feel as if a weight has been lifted from your being.

You experience a newfound freedom and ease.

Your body feels lighter,

Your mind clearer.

Embracing this moment of release fully.

Trusting in the process of release.

Allow yourself to linger in a state of peaceful surrender.

Basking in the gentle embrace of the universe.

Feeling supported and held.

Awareness now back to your body.

Take a breath in and a sighing breath out.

Breath in and out.

And once more in and out.

Take a moment to reflect on your experience.

Noticing any shifts in your emotional state.

Feeling lighter and gently opening the eyes.
