Transcript

Welcome to this wonderful day.

Take a moment before you start your day to simply pause.

Allow your breath to flow naturally.

Notice how it moves through your body like waves gently lapping at the shore.

Bring your attention to the quiet moment between the breath.

The pause at the top of the inhale.

And the stillness after the exhale.

These pauses are yours to claim.

The inhale.

The pause.

And the exhale.

And the pause.

Know that your breath is always there to guide you.

To connect you to the present moment.

The breath in.

I invite you today to continue your day with purpose,

Step by step.

And connecting with the breath.

My name's Sandhya.

Have a wonderful day.
