This Quick Reset Meditation is perfect for starting your day, managing midday stress, or unwinding before bed. Designed for workers, parents, and students alike, it offers a moment of pause to recharge and find balance. This meditation uses bilateral music, a powerful technique that calms the nervous system and promotes focus by engaging both hemispheres of the brain. Through a guided countdown, you’ll ease into a deeply relaxed state, releasing tension and worries. In just minutes, you’ll feel calmer, more grounded, and mentally clearer. Benefits include reduced anxiety and stress, a more centered body, and improved mental clarity, making it an ideal tool for staying balanced and productive throughout the day. Whether you’re tackling work, balancing family life, or studying for exams, this meditation provides the perfect reset when you need it most. Music by Loborio Conti: Headphones are recommended to benefit from the Bilateral Music.

Welcome to this meditation.

I've added to this deep relaxation bilateral music that means part of the music will be in the left and then the right.

It alternates between each ear.

And this technique is believed to be helpful to reduce stress,

Anxiety and also to help with ADHD,

Helping you feel more relaxed.

I hope you enjoy.

Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

And continue that deep breath in and long slow breath out for as long as feels comfortable.

Breathing deeply will help you relax.

I'm going to count very slowly.

And in between each count,

I use the words drifting deeper and deeper.

And you'll find as I count that you will drift deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

It doesn't matter if your mind wanders.

It doesn't matter even if you lose awareness altogether.

All that matters now is your own comfort.

Allow yourself the pleasure of sinking deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you.

Your body sinking deeper and deeper down into the comfort of the chair,

The bed or the sofa.

Allow yourself to drift into that relaxation as I slowly count down from five.

Drifting deeper and deeper now.

And already you can feel yourself settling down,

Becoming more and more relaxed.

You're feeling very comfortable and beginning to feel peaceful too.

Just feel that relaxation working its way through your body,

Bringing every part of you to rest.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Four.

Drifting deeper and deeper.

Aware of your slow,

Deep breath.

Each breath you take is making you more and more comfortable and much more relaxed.

Feel your body getting heavier,

Almost as though you're sinking down.

Each breath you take relaxes you more.

Three.

Drifting deeper and deeper.

Feeling more comfortable.

More relaxed.

And so glad to be drifting deeper and deeper.

Heavy.

Beautifully relaxed.

Two.

Every part of your body now is resting.

Heavy and relaxed.

One.

Drifting deeper and deeper into that warm and comfortable state.

Letting go completely.

Allowing the subconscious mind to take on more and more of the responsibility for guiding your awareness down.

As you drift with your own thoughts.

Just by listening to the sound of my voice.

Each word I speak allows you to continue to drift deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Nothing bothers you.

Nothing disturbs you.

Concentrating on my voice.

Each word,

Each sound you hear relaxes you even deeper than before.

This is a special time for you.

A time to put aside your thoughts,

Your worry,

Your issues.

A time where you can really become aware of that inner part of you.

Relaxing completely.

Nobody is demanding anything from you.

Nobody needing anything from you.

Sinking deeper.

Settling down into that comfortable state.

Deeper into your own innermost mind.

Where you feel safe and secure.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

Bringing a smile to your face.

Thinking of one thing you're grateful for today.

When you're ready,

Beginning to invite movement into the fingers and the toes.

Allowing the body to stretch.

Move.

Reawaken.

As you slowly open your eyes.

Thank you so much for listening.
