Close your eyes and gently roll them upwards,
Focus on the middle brow.
This allows other senses to heighten.
Now visualize yourself standing in the heart of a mystical forest.
Before you,
A majestic castle emerges,
Its turrets reaching towards the sky.
This castle represents you and the boundaries that you are creating.
It is a fortress of self-love and protection.
As you approach the castle,
Notice the lush greenery that surrounds it,
A vibrant mystical forest that teems with life.
Each tree and plant symbolizes a different aspect of your boundaries.
Some are tall and strong,
Like ancient oaks,
Offering protection from external pressures.
Others are delicate yet resilient,
Like wildflowers.
They represent your ability to set gentle but firm boundaries.
As you walk through the forest,
You come across a small pond,
Its surface reflecting the castle above.
This pond represents your inner source of peace and reflection.
Take a moment to sit by this pond,
Feel its calming presence.
Allow yourself to reflect on the importance of boundaries in your life.
Now you notice a well-tended garden nearby,
Bursting with colors,
Fruits and vegetables.
This garden symbolizes the nourishment and abundance that healthy boundaries can bring.
And just as you tend to this garden,
Nurturing and caring for it,
So too must you nurture and care for your boundaries.
Finally,
You come across apple trees and other fruit-bearing plants.
These fruit represent the rewards of maintaining healthy boundaries,
Joy,
Fulfillment and inner peace.
As you grab a ripe apple from a tree,
You savor its sweetness and let it remind you of the beauty of setting boundaries.
Take a moment to appreciate the castle,
The forest,
The pond,
The garden,
All reflections of your inner strength and resilience.
Know that by building and maintaining healthy boundaries,
You are creating a life filled with protection,
Nourishment and abundance.
