Good morning and welcome.

A new day is here,

Fresh,

Unwritten,

And full of possibilities.

No matter how yesterday felt,

Whether it was heavy or light,

Joyful or uncertain,

This morning offers a gentle restart.

Each sunrise is an invitation to begin again,

To soften what was and meet what is with openness.

This practice is your space to reconnect with your breath,

Your body,

And the steady love that lives within you.

As you move into this new day,

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You only need to arrive,

Just as you are,

With a willingness to meet yourself and the day ahead with kindness.

So,

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting upright yet relaxed.

Let your hands rest gently on your lap or your heart.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and softly exhale through your mouth.

Feel the air move through you,

A reminder that life is happening right here in this breath.

With each inhale,

Sense your chest expanding.

With each exhale,

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your body softening into ease.

Bring your attention to this very moment,

The start of a new day.

Notice the air,

The sounds around you,

The quiet hum of life beginning again.

Let yourself feel a sense of gentle renewal,

As if the first rays of morning are touching your heart.

Each inhale,

A fresh start.

Each exhale,

A release of yesterday's weight.

There is nothing you need to chase.

Just breathe into the possibility of now.

Imagine a warm soft light glowing at the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

With every breath,

This light grows brighter,

Filling you with warmth,

Tenderness and strength.

Let this light spread gently through your body,

To your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your face and your whole being.

This is your love.

It doesn't depend on anyone else.

It lives here within you.

Let it whisper to every part of you that feels tired,

Unseen or uncertain.

You are enough.

You are whole.

You are loved.

Now,

Silently repeat these affirmations to yourself,

Allowing them to settle deep within your heart.

I am worthy of love,

Care and peace.

I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way.

I am exactly where I need to be.

Take a deep breath in and let these words become your morning energy.

Calm,

Clear and full of self-respect.

Now,

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Steady,

Natural and alive.

Notice how your body feels now,

Perhaps lighter,

More spacious.

Know that this calm and love you feel aren't just for these few minutes.

They can travel with you into the rest of your day.

So,

As you rise,

Carry one slow,

Conscious breath into every new moment.

Let it remind you,

You can begin again at any time.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Notice the light around you.

Take another deep breath and step into your day with softness,

Confidence and care.

Thank you for taking this time to begin your day with presence and care.

It's not always easy to pause and reconnect.

But each time you do,

You strengthen the part of you that chooses peace.

Peace over pressure,

Love over self-criticism and awareness over autopilot.

Carry this calm into your day,

Not as perfection but as a reminder that you can return to yourself again and again.

May your day unfold gently.

May you move through it with kindness,

Steadiness and love.
