Good morning friends and welcome to Spirit and Light Healing Center Meditations with Kathy Couch.
Today we are going to be focusing on an internal meeting room to develop strengths that already exist within.
We will be working on manifesting and reinforcing these through the art of meditation.
So begin taking a breath and letting it go.
I'd like you to just sit comfortably on the floor in a chair.
Wherever you can just gently close your eyes.
Just focus on your breath.
And we're going to begin just envisioning our own self.
Noticing what it's like to see ourself.
Maybe our hair color,
Complexion.
Maybe one of the mannerisms we have.
And as we're noticing this,
We're just beginning to turn our attention inward to any qualities that we may have.
Courage,
Bravery,
Gratitude,
Serenity.
And we're just inviting these qualities to join us on a walk.
And as we begin walking with these qualities,
We see a room with chairs.
There are enough chairs for every quality that we've brought forward.
And so all of these chairs sit down.
It could be a meeting room.
It could be in a field.
It could be somewhere else such as a boat.
Wherever it is,
And if you're not sure,
Just ask your guides to show you.
And as you're entering into this space,
You're joining all these parts of yourself.
As you look at all of these parts of yourself,
What do you notice about them?
Are they speaking?
Are they silent?
What is it that they're helping you with?
As you're noticing these parts of yourself,
You're going around to them one by one and thanking them all for coming.
You're noticing what each of them looks like.
Tall,
Small.
Do they have a voice?
Are they a physical person?
And you're thanking them for just gently being with you.
While we are here,
You do one last call for any of the parts of yourself that have something to say.
You're just inviting them in.
And as we're meeting,
You're turning to yourself and you're beginning to listen to what all these parts of yourself have to say.
What are they acknowledging within you?
What are they noticing?
Have you been very brave lately?
Have you said something that you needed to say that they're thanking you for?
What are the affirmations that they have for you?
How do they acknowledge these within you?
Is there something that you need to let go of that they're willing to take off your shoulders?
Can you hear the parts of yourself saying things to you?
And if so,
What are they saying?
Just notice that.
And as you're noticing,
We're gently acknowledging we're here to hear everyone out.
All of these parts of yourself have brought you a message today.
It could be a message of light and healing and hope.
You're just gently listening for the message.
And as you're listening to the message,
You're noticing what it feels like in your body to receive this message.
And as you're receiving,
You're developing a deep understanding of this trait and you're beginning to notice this trait in others.
These qualities that you have are all part of your inner experience.
Noticing that these traits are always with you.
You're just gently listening to what it is they have to say to you,
What they've brought forward from your own self today as a message.
Gently take a breath and let it go.
You might need to listen a little more or a little less.
Just noticing.
And when you're ready,
Just go back again and thank all the parts for coming forward with their divine sacred message to you today.
You're just noticing all of these parts of yourself.
And all of these parts of self now are represented as different colors of light.
Blues,
Greens,
Pinks,
Yellows,
Oranges,
Purples.
And they all are now represented as a colored light.
And as you see this colored light,
They gently move towards you,
Moving in towards your heart,
Your third eye,
Just allowing the wisdom of the light to go wherever it needs to go inside of your body.
It could be your belly button,
Your solar plexus,
Your back.
You're just gently breathing these light forms into your body,
Integrating them into yourself.
You're silently thanking them for being part of you and becoming part of your internal working world.
You now gently see the path that you are on previously.
And you begin walking towards that path.
You're thanking everyone for coming.
And as you're walking towards this path,
You feel all of these qualities within you in various places,
Thanking them for the visit today and knowing they will always be with you.
