Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation around self-validation from reshaped life.

The intention of this meditation is to invite a more kind and compassionate self-perception and dialogue,

To build confidence by offering ourselves acknowledgement for our achievements,

And to nurture that confidence so that it may carry us forwards and upwards.

You may wish to include this meditation as part of your daily practice.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable in your nest.

You could be sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel in your body.

Is your body calling for any stretches or movements?

Are your shoulders loose and soft at your sides?

Are you allowing yourself to be supported by the ground beneath you?

Take a moment here to notice what's alive in your body,

And where.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath into your belly,

Expanding forwards and outwards.

Hold for just a moment,

And sigh your exhale,

A long,

Deep,

Audible sigh.

Feel free to practice this breath again if you wish,

And maybe yet again.

With this breath,

We are looking for the sensations of release,

Of softening,

Of arriving fully into the present.

I invite you to look for three successes,

And they could be big or small.

Maybe you got out of bed this morning,

Or got to an appointment,

Or to work on time.

Perhaps you ticked something off your to-do list,

Or you achieved a goal.

Maybe you shared something nice with a friend.

Perhaps you spoke up for yourself.

Take your time with this,

And know that the more often you do it,

The easier it will become.

Now notice,

As you acknowledge these three accomplishments,

What emotions arise in you.

Confidence,

Excitement,

Reassurance.

Spend some time exploring your feelings as you offer yourself acknowledgement for your accomplishments.

And as you explore the feelings,

Pay attention to what you feel in your body.

What are the sensations that arise with these feelings?

Is there an expansion,

Or butterflies,

Or a tingling,

Or a lightness perhaps?

And where are these sensations?

Are they in your chest,

Or your abdomen,

Perhaps your fingertips?

Now,

Look at the past week,

And ask yourself,

What was my big win for this week?

Perhaps you changed something in some area of your life.

Maybe you had a realization.

Maybe you faced a challenge,

Or changed a pattern,

Or held a boundary.

And as you acknowledge your big win,

Notice again what arises in your feelings,

And in your body.

Notice the sensations of the energy of accomplishment,

Of capability,

Of confidence,

Of self-belief.

Imagine how you will feel as you start to acknowledge yourself in this way each day,

As it becomes a habit.

Imagine how you will feel months from now when this type of kind,

Encouraging,

Affirming self-talk is part of your inner voice.

What becomes possible for you?

How do you feel when you imagine these possibilities?

Take a moment now to set an intention.

It may be inspired by something that you found in the course of this meditation.

Just one thing that you would like to integrate into your being to carry forwards from this moment.

And here is the opportunity for you to extend appreciation and gratitude to yourself for showing up for this process.

Feel your way back into your body,

And slowly open your eyes.

Have a beautiful day.
