Transcript

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.

Closing your eyes and focusing on your breath,

Taking slow and deep breaths in and out.

Allow your mind to let go of any racing thoughts and simply be present in the moment,

In the now.

And just a reminder that meditation is a practice,

So be patient with yourself as you explore these different techniques and find what works best for you.

Allowing yourself to relax and sink deeper and deeper.

Begin to bring your attention to your feet now,

Noticing any sensations that arise.

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Focusing now on each toe,

The muscles,

And noticing any sensations that arise.

Slowly working your way up the body,

Focusing on each part.

Moving from your feet,

Knees,

And be as thorough as possible.

Noticing any sensations that come up.

And as you reach,

Relax each of your facial muscles,

Particularly your jaw muscles.

For deep breaths and allowing stay with this relaxation for a moment.

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into the present moment,

Any distracting thoughts or worry.

Breathing in to bring your attention back to your surroundings.

Thank you so much and I hope to see you soon.
