In this session we are going to learn a technique to set a powerful intention.

Make sure that you won't be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Find a comfortable position and take a deep breath in.

Exhale and feel any tension beginning to release from your body.

As you breathe fully,

Feel your body expand with air and as you exhale feel your body contract as the air escapes.

Focus on these sensations of the breath and allow the breath to relax you.

Setting intentions is a powerful tool to manifest desires.

It's best to set aside a time of five minutes every day so that you can fully relax and use this technique.

As you breathe in deeply,

Bring into your mind an intention you would like to set.

Notice what comes up in your mind automatically.

It might be a long term goal or maybe it's something you simply want to accomplish today.

Whatever it is,

See it clearly.

Add in as much detail as you can about this intention.

The more vivid that you can visualise this intention,

The better.

What is it that you truly want?

Can you make the colours of this vision bright and vibrant?

Start to think about how you would feel if you were able to enact this intention.

Now,

Start to see yourself as if you've already attained this desire.

Notice what you look like after you've achieved it.

How are you moving?

What are you feeling?

Maybe you feel confidence,

Joy,

Happiness.

Allow these emotions to rise in your body and focus on the way that you will feel from accomplishing this intention.

Continue to visualise this intention,

This long term goal or the goal for the day.

Let the feelings grow as you continue to visualise yourself.

As you bring your focus back to your intention,

Start to see the steps that you might need to take to push you towards this goal.

What kind of daily choice do you need to make?

Be gentle on your mind as it finds a route that you need to take.

If you set your intention with enough strength and desire,

Your mind will automatically find the path.

Our natural state is successful.

All we need to do is to access it.

Continue to visualise this goal and remind yourself of this as you move ahead through the day or even tomorrow when you return to this practice.

As you take your next deep breath in,

Feel your body expanding with air and exhale,

Allowing the breath to relax you.

Remember how you felt after you had achieved the goals in your vision.

Keep this feeling with you and the intention that you've set as you move ahead in your day.

Take a few moments now to focus again on the breath,

The inhale expanding your body with air and the exhale feeling your body contract as the air leaves you.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Bring a smile across your face and return to the day ahead.
