Welcome to this guided meditation on gratitude.

Taking a moment to find a comfortable position,

Making sure that you are supported and comfortable,

Either sitting or lying down.

When you're ready,

Perhaps closing the eyes or gazing softly forward,

Whatever feels best for you.

We will start with taking three deeper than normal breaths.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Getting more comfortable in your position.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Letting go of any thoughts or worries.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Knowing you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

Returning the breath to a natural rhythm and taking the next few moments to simply breathe in,

Hold for a moment,

And then exhale,

Gently softening the body with each breath.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Allowing the shoulders to relax.

The jaw to soften,

The body to settle into this present moment.

Throughout this meditation,

If you should find the mind is wandering,

Simply direct the attention back to the breath,

The guidance,

Or the affirmations that we will go over.

Let's take this time together to honor and acknowledge the blessings in every aspect of our lives,

Emotional,

Mental,

Physical,

Spiritual,

And financial.

If it feels right for you,

Begin by placing your hand over your heart,

Feeling its steady rhythm,

The heartbeat,

A reminder of your capacity to feel,

Connect,

And love.

Breathing deeply and reflecting on the relationships,

Experiences,

And emotions that bring warmth and meaning to your life.

Repeating silently or aloud,

I am grateful for the love I give and receive.

I am surrounded by relationships that uplift and inspire me.

I honor all my emotions knowing they guide me toward growth and authenticity.

I am grateful for the love I give and receive.

I am surrounded by relationships that uplift and inspire me.
