Regardless of gender or anatomy, each of us carries a sacred womb space—an energetic center of deep wisdom, fierce love, and boundless creativity. In this meditation, you’ll: – Ground into the present moment using breath and visualization – Activate the root and sacral chakras to awaken stability and flow – Connect to the universal energy of the Divine Mother —a force of protection, intuition, and sacred creation – Plant powerful seeds of intention in your energetic womb space – Trust your inner rhythm, and embrace the unfolding of what you’re ready to grow The Divine Mother is not an identity—she is a cosmic force. She is the part of you that knows when to rest and when to rise. When you connect to her, you begin to embody your full creative power—with softness, clarity, and courage.

Welcome to this guided meditation for all genders to embody the Divine Mother within.

Finding a quiet place where you can be still.

You can choose to sit or lie down,

Whatever it is that feels comfortable for you.

Allowing yourself to settle into a position that feels open and grounded.

When you're ready,

Gently closing the eyes or softly gazing forward.

Beginning to tune into the rhythm of your breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale fully through the mouth.

Breathing in deeply and letting go with the exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to land more fully in this moment.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Feel yourself held,

Grounded,

Rooted,

And safe.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now when you're ready,

Beginning to visualize yourself in the middle of a spring meadow.

The earth around you is alive and awakening.

Soft green shoots push up from the soil.

Delicate blossoms open toward the sun.

The air is fresh,

Full of potential,

Full of possibility.

The energy of spring is here.

A time to plant,

To grow,

To create.

You are not separate from this cycle.

You are a part of it.

You too are ready to begin again.

Bring your awareness now to the base of your spine,

Your root chakra.

Imagine a deep,

Red,

Glowing light pulsing at your tailbone,

Grounding you.

This is your foundation.

Your sense of safety.

Your right to be here.

Feel this red light growing warmer,

Brighter,

Anchoring you into the earth.

Quietly repeat these affirming thoughts as you connect to this space.

I am grounded.

I am safe.

I am supported by life.

I belong here.

I am grounded.

I am safe.

I am supported by life.

I belong here.

Breathe into that strength.

Let it rise gently through your body,

Steady and calm.

Now,

When you're ready,

Bringing the awareness just above that space to your sacral chakra,

Located in your lower abdomen.

Visualize a vibrant orange light glowing here,

Radiating warmth,

Sensuality,

And flow.

This is your center of creation,

The womb space,

The sacred cauldron of transformation.

Whether physical or energetic.

Feel this orange light pulsing with vitality,

Movement,

And joy.

This is the energy of birth,

Not only of life,

But of ideas,

Art,

Relationships,

And new versions of yourself.

Repeating softly in your mind,

Or out loud if that feels right for you.

I am creative.

I am connected to the flow of life.

I trust the rhythm of becoming.

I am the source of my own renewal.

Letting this orange light expand,

Illuminating your entire lower body.

Merging softly with the red glow below it.

You are grounded.

You are fluid.

You are both earth and water.

Now,

When you're ready,

Feeling yourself drawing in the energy of the Divine Mother.

She is not a person.

We are talking about a force here.

She lives in the soil.

In the ocean.

In the moonlight.

She lives within you.

She is fierce love and endless creation.

She is the fire that protects.

The water that heals.

The earth that nourishes.

And the sky that dreams.

You are an extension of her.

You are her vessel.

Feel her rise within you now.

Not as something external,

But as a truth you've always carried.

The Divine Mother energy within you is deeply intuitive.

It knows that you are ready to grow.

It is fiercely protective.

It will not let you forget your worth.

It is expansive and creative.

It trusts timing and it honors cycles.

Now imagine that in your sacral space,

You are holding a glowing seed of light.

Something that you are ready to grow.

This could be a dream.

A new direction.

A new self.

There is no pressure to define it perfectly.

Just trust what appears.

When you have the vision of a glowing seed,

Plant this glowing seed in your womb space.

Let the red and orange light nourish it.

Allow the breath to support it.

You do not need to know how it will unfold.

You only need to nurture it.

Trust it.

And allow the space to grow in its own divine timing.

There is no rush.

Growth is sacred.

Gestation is a part of the creation.

Rest,

Softness and space are all productive.

Feel this knowing settle in your body like a truth you have been waiting to hear.

You are a powerful creator.

Not because you force outcomes,

But because you align with your own sacred rhythm.

Now,

Begin to draw awareness back to the breath.

Feel the body you are in.

Strong.

Wise.

Radiant.

Carry this energy with you.

The red of your root.

The orange of your creative center.

The power of the divine mother within.

Allowing this final reflection to settle deep into your heart.

I am a vessel for sacred growth.

I am a protector of my dreams.

I am both fierce and tender.

Both grounded and infinite.

I can always return to this space whenever I need to remember who I am.

Let's say those again.

I am a vessel for sacred growth.

I am a protector of my dreams.

I am both fierce and tender.

Both grounded and infinite.

I can always return to this space whenever I need to remember who I am.

Now that it feels right for you,

Place your hands gently over your lower belly or over your heart.

Wherever you feel that deep interconnection most clearly.

Let this be a sacred gesture of remembrance.

You are not just living.

You are creating.

You are not just surviving.

You are becoming.

The divine mother energy lives in you.

She is your intuition.

Your power.

Your wild wisdom.

She is the strength behind your softness.

The courage behind your rest.

The fire behind your dreams.

You are a vessel of sacred creation.

You are the guardian of your vision.

You are worthy of every seed you choose to plant and every season it takes to bloom.

Trust your timing.

Honor your rhythm.

Walk forward knowing that you are not separate from life.

You are life.

You are life.

And just like the earth in the springtime,

You are rising.

You are blooming.

You are powerful beyond measure.

When you are ready,

Take one final deep cleansing breath.

Inhale the fullness of who you are.

And exhale with confidence,

With clarity,

With grace.

Beginning to wiggle the fingers and toes.

Adjusting the body in any way needed.

And when you are ready,

Opening the eyes to step into your day rooted,

Radiant,

And completely aligned with your sacred creative power.
