Sit in any comfortable position and start taking deeper,

Longer inhalation and exhalation.

Throughout this practice,

Try to keep your back straight.

If required,

Please take the support.

One more deep inhalation and exhalation.

Try getting your awareness towards your spine.

Become aware of root chakra,

Muladhara,

Situated at the base of the spine,

At the end of your tailbone.

Breathe in to your root chakra for couple rounds.

Prepare yourself to chant beej mantra.

Repeat that two more times.

Feel the sense of grounding with root chakra.

From there,

Just become aware of your sacral chakra,

In your lower abdomen,

Just below your navel,

Connecting to infinite source of energy.

Breathe in through your sacral chakra and prepare yourself to chant beej mantra 3 times.

Feel the sense of rebalance of energy flow in your whole body,

Shifting your awareness to the third chakra,

Solar plexus.

Breathe in to your solar plexus chakra and prepare to chant beej mantra around.

Feel the sense of recharge of energy at your navel.

Shift your awareness towards your heart chakra,

In the center of heart.

Breathe in through your heart chakra and prepare to chant yam.

Feel the profound unconditional love of life with no limits with this chakra.

Move your awareness towards your throat chakra,

At the center of your throat.

Breathe in through your throat chakra and prepare to chant sham.

You're expressing yourself and empowering your most authentic self in throat chakra.

Slowly shift your awareness towards your third eye,

In between your two eyebrows for eye chakra.

Breathe in to your third eye chakra and prepare to chant aam.

Feel the sense of cleansing and recharging,

Enabling you to be awake to the source of wisdom within you.

Now get your awareness just above your head region for crown chakra to connect with the divinity.

With the universal sound of omkara,

Take a deep breath in and chant om.

Crown chakra enables you to fully present in your blissful state with your supreme divine.

Feel the cleansing and energization which has happened throughout your body with chakra meditation.

Your whole body is energized and it is bright,

Giving you the confidence required to face the complex situations at ease.

When you're ready,

Hands in prayer position,

Taking one strong resolve,

Telling that to yourself three times in your mind.

Let's end this meditation by chanting one silent omkara in your mind,

Slowly blinking your eyes,

Releasing your hands.

Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
