Welcome to this affirmation session focused on well-being.

Affirmations are powerful tools that can help rewire the brain,

Boost confidence,

And enhance your overall well-being.

Not to be used as a substitute for other well-being performance enhancing skills and practices,

But as a key tool in your tool set for well-being.

By regularly practicing affirmations,

You can support yourself in cultivating a positive mindset,

Reducing stress,

As well as improving your performance and health.

To get the most out of this practice,

You can find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

However,

You can also use it to supplement your sleep,

Have it going in the background as you're executing some mundane tasks.

What supports is having an intention to soak in,

To be with the words,

If possible,

To repeat them in your own way,

In your own tone,

In a tone that is infused with confidence,

Authenticity,

Feeling,

Embracing,

And being with the affirmations in the present moment,

As if this is really what's happening.

Once the brain believes it's possible that it's happening,

The world around you will begin to shape itself into that image.

Taking a few deep breaths to center yourself and prepare for the session.

If possible,

Repeating each affirmation silently or out loud.

As you hear the words,

You breathe in,

You repeat,

And then you exhale out.

I am worthy of love and care.

I prioritize my well-being and take time for self-care.

I nurture my mind,

Body,

And spirit.

I am present in this moment.

I am fully aware of my surroundings.

I embrace mindfulness.

I find peace in the present.

I let go of worries about the past and future.

I am focusing on the here and now.

Breathing in as we take in the words,

Repeating,

And then breathing out.

I cherish the meaningful connections in my life.

I am open to building and nurturing relationships.

I communicate with love.

I communicate with understanding.

I am grateful for the abundance in my life.

I appreciate the small and big blessings.

I express gratitude daily.

I attract more positivity into my life.

I am committed to my well-being.

I make choices that support my health.

I listen to my body.

I give my body the rest and nourishment it needs.

I create a balanced life that supports me.

I adapt to change when I am in need.

I live with grace and resilience.

I embrace flexibility and find creative solutions to challenges.

Embodying these affirmations,

Feeling,

Seeing,

Experiencing them as best you can in this moment.

I am deserving of fair compensation.

I am rich and worthy.

I attract opportunities that align with my skills and values.

Taking some time now to say anything that you would like to say,

To affirm something that you're working on,

To affirm it in the present tense,

In this moment.

Taking these last few moments to visualize and embody these affirmations,

A general sense of them,

Imagining this positive energy flowing through you,

Filling every part of your being,

Allowing this energy to uplift and empower you.

Taking in one more deep breath in,

Drawing in the positive energy,

Holding for a moment and exhaling slowly.

When you're ready,

Gently transitioning to whatever's next in the room,

Carrying these affirmations with you throughout the day.

And remember to return to this practice any time you need a boost of well-being or to further enhance your skill set,

Your toolbox,

Your arsenal of well-being.
