Welcome.

Thank you for being here and for choosing to make yourself a priority today.

This is your mandala card of the day.

A gentle pause to breathe,

Reflect,

And explore.

Before we begin,

I invite you to have a journal or blank page nearby,

Along with a pen.

This session includes time for journaling.

For now,

Allow yourself to settle in.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out.

Just this moment and this breath.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and let's begin.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and a long,

Easy breath out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in deeply and softly release the breath.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Let go of any tension.

Let your body arrive fully in this moment.

Authenticity means coming home to yourself.

It is the quiet courage to show up as you are.

Not as who you think you should be.

Not as the perfectly polished version of yourself.

But as the real,

Living,

Breathing you.

Authenticity is not about having it all figured out.

It's about being honest.

It's about allowing your life to be human.

Fully human.

Fully present.

So often we feel pressure to edit ourselves.

To be more impressive,

More together,

More acceptable.

But the truth is,

Your wholeness has never depended on perfection.

Authenticity is the willingness to embrace your imperfections with tenderness.

And to let your true voice be heard,

Even softly.

And when you do,

Something beautiful happens.

You find peace within yourself.

You stop performing.

You begin belonging to your own life.

And claiming your purpose and your power.

Without even realizing it,

You give others permission to do the same.

Because the world doesn't need more masks.

It needs more truth.

More presence.

More realness.

More honesty.

Your light,

Exactly as it is,

Matters.

Your voice is needed now more than ever.

Together,

Our unique lights weave a world that is warmer,

Brighter,

And more genuine.

Today's journal prompt.

Where in my life do I need to show up with greater honesty?

And how would it be to be fully present in this moment?

Please go ahead now and start journaling.

It's time to wrap up your journaling and bring this to a close.

As we come to the end of this practice,

I invite you to place one hand gently on your heart.

Take a slow breath in.

And a soft breath out.

I'll share an affirmation now.

You're welcome to repeat it silently or out loud.

Allowing the words to land in your body.

I honor my true self.

I honor my true self.

I release the need to perform.

I release the need to perform.

I am worthy as I am.

I am worthy as I am.

My authenticity is my strength.

My authenticity is my strength.

Take one more breath.

Feeling grounded,

Supported,

And present.

Thank you for giving yourself this time today.

May you carry your intention,

Your insight,

And this sense of calm with you.

Gently and in your own way as you move through the rest of your day.
