Hello,

Welcome into the space.

I go by Bea and I'm going to be guiding you tonight.

In our time together,

We're going to focus on mindfulness through integrating the mind and body together and allowing yourself a few moments to simply exhale and take a break from your day.

I encourage you to find a safe place that you're comfortable in and when you're ready,

Go ahead,

Close your eyes,

Take a nice deep breath in,

Exhale out through your mouth and arrive in your space.

Know that in this space,

You are safe.

You may repeat back to yourself,

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Take a moment and come into your breath.

Notice how your breath feels in your body.

Notice the ease or difficulty in which your exhales and inhales come to you.

And on your next inhale,

I'm offering to breathe in through your nose rather than your mouth.

Hold your breath for a moment and slowly exhale out through your mouth.

Breathing in through your nose,

Holding for a moment and exhaling slowly out through your mouth.

Taking a few more of these nice cleansing breaths at your own pace.

And if you find your mind is wandering,

Come back to the words,

I am safe.

I am safe.

Allowing your next inhale to be the biggest you've taken all day and taking your time with the exhale.

Nice and slow.

An opportunity here is to stick with the cleansing breath or return to your natural breathing.

And on your next inhale,

Bringing your awareness to the center of your heart.

Imagine your heart filling with love,

Safety.

And on your exhale,

Beginning to feel those sensations moving through your body.

Gently feeling the sensation of love moving through your chest,

Up your collarbones,

Up your neck,

Over your jaw,

Over your ears,

Your forehead,

Up to the crown of your head.

And with this sense of love and safety,

Feeling the tension leave your body.

Imagining the sensation moving down under your chest,

Your ribs,

Your waist,

Moving down to your hips,

Your right leg,

Your right ankle,

Your right foot.

Imagine your sensation moving ever so gently down your left leg,

Down your left ankle,

Down into your left foot.

The sensation radiating through your chest,

Through your body,

Allowing you a sense of love and safety.

As the sensation radiates through your body,

Imagine it brings with it a sense of release,

Allowing the tension to leave your body.

On your exhale,

Visualizing the tension leaving your body as a space that's filled with love.

Your whole body radiating with love from inside of you.

The love that you offer yourself as the tension slips away,

Finding yourself in this moment ever so present,

Ever so calm.

And with that sensation of love still radiating through you,

Gently bring movement into your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Bringing any movement that feels natural into your body,

Any movement that calls to you as you gently begin to open your eyes.

Looking back around your space,

Taking a moment,

Reflect on how you feel now compared to how you felt when we began our time together.

Notice how the tension has released from your body,

Noticing a sense of love radiating within your body.

In these moments that you took for yourself,

Begin to build trust for yourself,

Knowing that the time you took for yourself will benefit you and those around you.

Taking one last cleansing breath,

Breathing into your nose,

Holding for a moment,

And exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Our time together now coming to an end as you arrive back into your space.
