Welcome to this practice of astral projection,

Submerging your consciousness into ocean consciousness using Yoganidra.

When you're ready,

Finding a position that's comfortable lying down,

Preferably on your back,

Your hands are alongside of your body,

Palms facing up in a receptive state,

Your feet are slightly apart,

Your head and your neck,

Your spine are straight.

If you need to pause the recording to gather any props such as extra blankets or pillows,

Dimming your lights,

Preparing your space so that you can go into a state of release of deep relaxation.

Your body will go to sleep while your mind remains completely aware,

Eyes are softly closed or lowered,

Aware of the space that you're in,

Aware of the surface that your body is upon,

Noticing your breath moving in and out of your body,

Your life force.

Notice its natural rhythm,

It's ebbing and flowing,

Like ocean waves advancing on the beach,

Then receding,

To help to get your body into a deeper state of relaxation,

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Exhale slowly maybe through your nose or mouth,

A comfortable slow breath in through your nose,

A longer,

Slower breath out,

Invite in a few more rounds of this breath on your own,

Relaxing your body into the present moment,

After your next exhalation,

Let your breath return back to its natural state,

Aware of your breath,

Imagine there's nothing but space in your mind,

Behind your forehead,

The yogis call this the Akash,

The space of the mind,

The Chittakash,

Chitta meaning the mind,

Akash meaning space,

Gaze into the space of your mind,

Mentally create the intention,

My body goes to sleep,

My consciousness aware,

Mentally whisper this intention to yourself,

My body goes to sleep,

My consciousness aware,

Moving into a state of relaxation with your body,

Your consciousness travels around your body,

As we put your body to sleep,

Just travel with your mind,

With my voice,

Moving your awareness to your right hand,

Move your awareness to your right arm.

Become aware of your entire right arm.

Aware of your left arm,

The entire left arm.

Become aware of both arms at the same time.

Become aware of your right leg,

Your entire right leg,

And your left leg.

Become aware of your entire left leg.

Aware of both legs at the same time.

Become aware of your whole body,

Your entire body.

Aware of your whole body relaxing,

Softening.

Notice your breath moving in and out of your belly.

Your belly rises with your inhalation,

And falls back down with your exhalation.

Like an ocean wave advancing towards the beach,

Receding away from the beach,

Rising,

And falling.

Just you in your consciousness,

Aware of the movements of your breath at your belly.

Mentally,

Begin to count your breath back from 20 to 1.

20 belly rises,

20 belly falls,

19 belly rises,

19 belly falls.

As you count back to 1,

Your body becomes heavier.

Your body becomes more and more relaxed.

Your mind completely aware of your counting back.

Stay with the countdown backward.

If you happen to lose consciousness,

And then become aware.

Start counting back from 20 to 1 again,

Until you hear my voice.

Imagine that your consciousness is like a wave,

The wave of an ocean.

The ocean represents your true full potential,

Your universal self,

Your cosmic self.

Your cosmic self.

The wave rises from the ocean,

Then gently recedes back into it.

Imagine your consciousness,

The wave,

Receding back into the full of the ocean,

Into the full of yourself.

Your consciousness slowly submerges into your deeper unconscious self.

Every breath you take,

Submerging you into the quiet,

Dark,

Unconscious self.

As you fall into the deep ocean,

You may recognize old memories,

Old patterns,

And old habits.

An old habit.

You may find a hidden talent,

Or a hidden potential that you hadn't yet noticed.

Go with the flow in your unconsciousness.

You're unaffected,

You're observing,

Going with the flow,

Riding your own wave through the deep unconscious self.

If you notice any resistance or trying to go in the opposite direction of your flow,

Notice that.

See if you can relax into the space,

Into this deep unknowing,

Finding and following the natural flow of yourself.

You're harmonizing with yourself as you allow yourself to go with your flow.

Your subtle body,

Your subtle energy is releasing old imprints,

Old patterns,

Patterns,

Helping to release it from your physical body.

Releasing any stress or conditionings that no longer serve you.

You're opening your mind to new perspectives,

New information,

New ways of perceiving.

Your consciousness,

As it merges into your ocean unconscious self,

You become whole.

A cosmic universe unto yourself,

Ebbing and flowing in your own nature,

Freely.

Things may come up for you that might be uncomfortable,

But you're staying detached and neutral as you float through ocean consciousness of your true universal self.

At some point,

Your consciousness bobs up to the surface of the ocean.

You see beautiful sunlight shining down upon you,

Brilliant light.

The rays of light dance on the ocean like diamonds sparkling in the night.

This is your true universal self,

Fully illuminated,

Filled with love,

Joy,

Enthusiasm,

Compassion.

Feel the radiance of yourself,

Your deep self,

Your whole self,

Vibrating and flowing.

The ocean consciousness that is you.

You feel moments of oneness with the ocean.

You feel one with the radiant consciousness that you are.

Relax into the journey,

Relax into the waves as you explore the depths of your unconscious self for a few moments longer.

Very good.

Taking your mind back now,

Away from this deep unconscious self,

Your conscious mind moves through the dark space.

There's a vortex,

Your energy gets pulled back down into your physical body.

You can feel your physical body back in this space that you're in,

Aware of the dimensions of your physical body.

Aware of the dimensions of your physical body.

You've returned from the limitless dimension.

You feel good about your journey.

You feel at peace.

You're ready to be back home in your body.

Bringing your attention back to your feet,

Feeling your toes,

The soles of your feet,

Feeling the tops of your feet and your ankles.

Run your mind up your legs to your hips,

Your torso,

Your fingers,

Your hands,

Your arms,

Your neck,

The back of your skull,

The front of your face,

The crown of your head.

Breathing into your body,

Exhaling,

Feeling your body settling.

Breathing in,

Exhaling,

Your body settling.

Breathing in,

Exhaling,

You're completely back into your body,

In the room,

In your space.

Take your time to reintegrate yourself into your dimension.

When you're ready,

Wiggling fingers,

Wiggling toes,

Stretching your body,

Bringing your hands to a prayer over your heart,

Honoring the light within you.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.

Namaste.
