Taking your favorite meditative posture,

Eyes softly closed or lowered,

Hands relaxed.

For the next few moments,

Take a few deep breaths into your body.

Use your exhalations to relax the tension.

Imagine a vast empty space behind your forehead,

Settling into the empty space.

Setting an intention now for the phase of life that you're in,

Pose a simple question to yourself by asking,

What is it that I want to improve upon in this phase of my life?

Is it a material,

Spiritual,

Or personal growth intention?

Maybe you want to add or release something from your life,

Or maybe a state of mind you want to adopt.

Allow a positive intention to form in your mind.

When you have your intention,

Affirm it to yourself.

What meaning do you assign to this intention?

The more meaning it holds for you,

The more you'll strive to accomplish it.

Let's imagine that your intention has manifested.

Ask yourself,

What thoughts do you think if this intention has manifested?

What beliefs do you hold?

What decisions do you make?

Which leads you to what actions do you take?

And if nothing is coming up for you,

Return to the simpleness of your breath.

Mentally rehearse the manifestation of this intention over and again.

See the details becoming more and more vivid of the thoughts,

Decisions,

And actions that you take to manifest your goal.

Tap into some of the feelings that you're sensing,

Maybe naming them to yourself.

As you notice your feelings,

Start to grow them deeper inside of you,

Letting your body experience these feelings right now.

Conditioning your body to the manifestation of these feelings and your intention,

Bringing your future self into the present moment.

Experiment with these thoughts and feelings playfully and regularly throughout your day,

Letting go of any expectations or attachments to your experience.

Return presence back to your breath and your body.

Breathe in deeply,

Exhale completely.

Gently open your eyes.

Have an intentional and purposeful day.
