Coming to a position where you feel like you can completely relax.
Maybe that's on your bed or on the couch or in a recliner.
Getting yourself into a position ensuring that your body will be warm enough for astral travel.
As your body moves into the dimensions of astral travel,
Your body temperature will cool down.
So it's important that your body is warm during the process.
If you want an eye pillow or coverings to cover your eyes,
To block out the light.
Gathering whatever it is that you might need for your practice today so that you can be as comfortable as possible.
Allowing your mind to let go and your body to feel safe.
Your consciousness will do the traveling while your physical body remains at rest in the earth dimension.
When you're ready,
If you need to pause the recording,
Go ahead and pause it to prepare yourself otherwise softly closing or lowering your eyes.
Moving awareness from the outer environment,
From the physical world.
Aware of your breath flowing in and out of your body as your body rests comfortably.
Beginning to slow your breath down consciously,
Breathing in through your nose slowly,
Exhaling If you need,
Sigh it out of your mouth or exhale out through the mouth.
As you do,
Let go of any tension.
Taking breaths in slow through your nose,
Maybe a slight pause at the top of your inhale.
Letting go on your exhalation,
Completing a few more rounds on your own,
As you do getting more and more comfortable in your space,
The process of becoming more present to your body and your breath,
Away from any distractions of the past or the future,
Is beginning to take place here and now.
You start to feel the muscles around your body beginning to release and sink,
Letting gravity weigh your muscles,
Your bones down.
Thoughts of a peaceful rest,
With no expectations for whatever happens in your practice today.
Just enjoying,
Moment by moment,
Whatever arises for you in your travels.
And if nothing arises,
Let that be okay.
Let the space that you created,
The efforts and consciousness that you placed into this container be enough for you today.
Letting your breath return back to its natural state,
Checking on your body again,
Making sure you're as comfortable as possible.
Noticing your breath rhythm beginning to slow down,
Even if you have to consciously assist your breath to slow down,
That's okay too.
The slower your breath,
The slower your heart rate,
The more relaxed your mind is,
The thoughts come less and less into your mind.
We move from an active state to a receptive state.
Let your body receive a sense of relaxation,
A sense of emptying,
Emptying your vessel and your mind of any latent or obvious activities.
Taking a deep breath in here,
Exhaling,
Settling into whatever space that you're in,
Letting the muscles around your face begin to soften,
From the crown of your head down to the sides and the back of your head.
The skin of your scalp is relaxing,
The muscles around your forehead are spreading,
Your eyes are becoming heavier in the sockets,
Your inner ears are becoming soft,
The muscles around your cheeks are relaxed,
The bridge of your nose and your nostrils feel like they're Your lips are relaxed,
Your lower jaw dropping down away from your upper jaw,
The tongue is relaxed in the cradle of your jaw,
Feeling the muscles around your neck,
The throat,
The back of your neck,
Beginning to settle,
The muscles at the tops of the shoulders,
The backs,
The sides and the front of your shoulders,
Beginning to melt like butter melting on a warm summer day.
The arms are relaxing,
A sensation of releasing as you flow down from your upper arms to your elbows,
To your forearms,
Down to the palms of your hands and your fingertips.
The tension is just oozing out,
Any worries or concerns are distant in the past,
You begin to notice your breath moving freely in your chest,
It's as if your ribs poured open so that your heart and your lungs are more free to move,
To expand and contract,
To relax.
The muscles around your upper back,
Your middle back are softening,
You can feel your breath now in your belly,
The belly rising and falling,
As it falls back toward the lower spine,
You can feel your lower spine melting into the ground below you,
A gentle breath moves up your spine,
Your exhalation descends your breath back down your spine,
Anchoring your tailbone to wherever you are,
A sense of heaviness at your hips,
Your buttocks releasing,
The front of your thighs moving towards the back of your thighs,
The front of your knees moving towards the back of your knees,
The shins towards the calves,
The front of the ankles and the feet moving back towards the heels and the soles of your feet,
Relaxing all of your toes,
You can feel the space between your toes and the tension oozing out from the toes,
Your whole body feels completely at ease,
The weight of gravity taking you further down into that surface that you're on,
Your eyelids are so heavy,
You can't open your eyes even if you tried,
Your arms are heavy,
The weight of your hips and your legs are heavy,
The whole of your body is heavy and sinking deeper into the ground,
Your body becomes so immovable that the only thing moving is your breath,
And you might notice your breath at the different areas of your body,
You might feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air exiting your nostrils,
Or maybe you feel your ribs expanding and contracting with each of your breaths,
You might feel your belly swell slightly outward with your inhalations and fall back down towards your back with your exhalations,
Wherever you notice your breath,
Begin to count your breath back from 12,
12 to 1,
12 inhalation,
12 exhalation,
11 inhalation,
11 exhalation,
Let your body go into a state of sleep,
A state of deep rest,
While your consciousness remains aware of your count counting back from 12 to 1,
Enjoy your rest,
Counting peacefully,
Easily,
Very good,
Now moving your awareness down your spine,
Locating the tip of your tailbone,
Right below the tip of your tailbone,
Imagine there's a golden cube,
It's six-sided,
Four walls,
One above you and one below you,
Making up the six sides of the cube,
Imagine that cube is vibrating with a golden electric energy,
It's circulating around right below the tip of your tailbone,
With every breath you start to notice that golden cube is growing larger and larger,
It's so beautiful,
It keeps growing larger and larger,
It's made completely of gold,
But the walls,
The ceiling,
The floor are completely transparent,
The cube keeps growing larger and larger,
Slowly growing so large,
It's so large,
Her body is encased in the golden cube,
You're resting peacefully in this cube,
And this cube is able to travel anywhere,
It can move in any direction,
It can move at any speed,
Including the speed of light,
It can travel safely through wormholes and black holes in the universe,
It can travel safely through the cosmos,
By the planets,
By the galaxies,
You're drifting,
You're floating in space,
In your golden cube,
Notice what's around you,
Your consciousness is a charioteer that guides and drives your golden cube,
So wherever you want to go,
You just need to think of it,
And you're there,
Maybe you want to go to a place that's peaceful and colorful with green grass and rainbows,
Beautiful sunsets of golden peaches and pinks and violets and blues,
Or maybe you want to take a trip through space,
Passing the planets,
Venus and Mars,
The Sun,
The Moon,
Maybe you want to go beyond the solar system,
Or find and travel through a black hole,
You're safely able to travel in your golden cube,
It's the vehicle that you can use to help you to move,
Maybe you just float in space,
Take the next few minutes to travel,
And again your consciousness will trigger wherever you want to go,
Absorb the scenery,
The feelings,
The visions,
Any smells or sounds,
Enjoy your travels in your golden cube,
Reminding yourself that the cube provides protection,
Safety,
Your home base,
And if you'd like to come back into your body at any time,
You can do so safely,
Allow yourself to travel,
Explore with a spirit of adventure and curiosity,
To see the mysteries of what our universe holds,
Our planets,
Our galaxies,
If there's something that you see that you encounter,
Take your time,
Examine it,
Spend as much time as you want looking at the depth and the dimensions,
The colors,
Its vibrations,
Its texture,
If there's animate objects,
What sounds do they make,
Do they speak,
Do they speak the same language,
Use your imagination to explore,
To go deeper into that which you encounter,
Staying completely present and open to it,
Knowing you're safe in your golden cube,
You can step outside the cube anytime,
Or you can stay perfectly because the walls of your cube are completely translucent,
You can see everything up close or at a distance,
You choose,
You can stay resting here peacefully or exploring if you like,
Otherwise if you're ready to come back into your body,
Back into this space and time,
Noticing that golden cube all around you,
Visualizing the surface that you're lying upon,
And with each exhalation that cube begins to grow smaller and smaller,
Decreasing in size,
The golden cube is beginning to shrink,
It gets so tiny it goes back right down under your tailbone,
It's there anytime you want to explore,
In a safe and secure way,
You can feel your breath moving in and out of your body,
Maybe you notice the cool air entering your nostrils,
The warm air exiting your nostrils,
Beginning to notice your fingers and your toes,
Wiggling your toes,
Awaken your fingers,
Rolling your head from side to side and back to center,
Your arms,
Your legs begin to move and stretch,
Bending your knees,
Gently roll over to one side,
Feeling the dimensions of your body,
The weight of your body,
Feeling the ground or the surface that you're upon,
When you're ready,
Placing your hands into a prayer and let your thumbs touch your third eye,
Honoring your journey,
The inner wisdom,
The inner vision.
