Find a comfortable place where you can just be.

Hands on your belly,

Or whatever feels grounding.

When you're ready,

Softly close your eyes,

And take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth,

Letting your shoulders drop.

Feel yourself arrive here,

In the body,

In the moment,

In this chapter.

You don't have to rush it.

You don't have to resist it.

This is your pause within the pause,

The sacred space where change becomes your teacher.

Perimenopause is the body's quiet conversation with time.

Your hormones,

Estrogen,

Progesterone,

And rhythm are shifting,

Making space for a new version of you to emerge.

Maybe you feel waves of heat,

Fog in your thoughts,

Emotions that rise and fall like the tide.

It's all part of your body's wisdom,

Breathe into that awareness.
