My name is Alex and I'm here to guide you today to take your old habits and turn them into healthy and pactful ones.
Today's meditation focuses on actively reshaping your habits,
Editing out what no longer serves you,
And creating new,
Empowering behaviors.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
Gently close your eyes,
Letting yourself settle into this present moment.
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath,
Inhaling peace and exhaling tension.
Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,
Gently guiding you into deeper relaxation.
Allow your body and mind to soften with every breath.
Visualize yourself sitting comfortably in a cozy,
Warm room.
A safe space filled with clarity and calm.
Here you hold the power to consciously shape your life.
Recall the habits that you observed last week.
Those patterns that no longer align with who you want to be.
Acknowledge them again,
Briefly,
With kindness and understanding.
Now,
Gently shift your attention,
Visualizing each habit clearly in your mind.
Imagine holding each habit in your hands like soft clay,
Moldable and changeable.
With the intention to grow and heal,
Say to yourself softly,
I release the habits that no longer serve me.
Gently reshape the clay in your hands,
Forming a new,
Positive habit.
Feel the strength and purpose in this new habit.
Clearly visualize what this new habit looks like in your daily life.
Feel yourself engaging effortlessly,
Feeling proud,
Strong,
And fulfilled as you do so.
Next,
Anchor this new habit to something familiar in your daily routine.
Perhaps your morning coffee,
A walk,
Or brushing your teeth.
But visualize yourself performing your familiar habit,
Immediately followed by this new,
Empowering action.
See yourself doing your old habit and the new habit that you just formed.
Visualize it.
Now,
We'll practice the Notice,
Shift,
Rewire technique.
This is when you notice an urge to return to your old habit.
What you want to do here is pause gently,
Observe the urge without judgment.
And then shift your focus by consciously choosing your new habit,
Clearly visualizing yourself engaging in it.

Feel the satisfaction of this positive choice.
Finally,
Rewire your mind by affirming this new behavior with intention.
Say to yourself,
I choose this new habit because it aligns with my purpose and goals.

Feel your mind and body embracing this new pathway.
Take a deep breath,
Acknowledging your power to choose and transform.
Repeat after me.
I am fully capable of creating new supportive habits.

Breathe deeply,
Soaking in the strength of this affirmation.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,
Noticing your body in the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,
And when you're ready,

And journal how you plan to anchor them into your daily life.
