As you begin your practice,

Make any adjustments you need to your body and your space so that you are as comfortable as possible.

And as you prepare yourself and your space,

An invitation to begin moving at half speed.

Slow down,

Slowing the pace of your thoughts and your movements,

Releasing any habit energy so that you are not rushing to rest,

Not rushing to meditate,

Not rushing to heal.

You have all of the time in the world.

Take all of the time you need.

As you begin to settle in,

Clear some space by taking a few moments to do absolutely nothing.

Welcome to now.

Beginning the practice by starting in the body.

The practice of embodiment is a process of getting to know the language of your body.

Silently or out loud affirming,

I have arrived,

I am home.

Just taking a few moments to feel at home in your body.

As you begin to be with your breath,

Taking a deep inhale,

Feeling the rise of your chest and to yourself,

Welcome,

Letting that go,

Feeling the fall of your chest,

Home.

Inhale,

Welcome,

Exhale,

Home.

Continue to welcome yourself home,

Feeling into your energetic body,

Noticing the natural rhythm and quality of the breath now.

Just breathe.

Follow the breath deeper and rest here,

Writing the rhythm of your breath,

Attuning to the language of your body,

Bringing your attention to the support beneath you now,

Noticing where your body is supported and what that support feels like.

Notice and enjoy the feeling of being supported.

Placing your hand on your heart,

The other hand on your belly,

Hold yourself,

Feeling into the rhythm of your heartbeat now.

The beat of your heart plays the song only you can hear and only if you listen deeply.

So what song is your heart playing for you right now?

Quiet down the mind,

The more the song will play.

Hold yourself at your heart space and enjoy being held,

Moving into this journey,

Knowing,

Trusting that you are held and supported.

Let go and be held with your attention in your body,

Feeling the movement within you,

Flowing,

Active,

Vibrating,

Rhythmic,

Taking a deep cleansing breath in and out,

Allowing yourself to flow beneath the surface now.

As you let go even more,

Feel your body get lighter,

Becoming weightless,

Merging with the all around you.

As you descend,

You watch the surface level identifiers begin to leave you,

Floating up toward the surface,

Appearing to dissolve.

The boxes,

The stories,

The habits,

The beliefs,

The patterns,

The identities,

The roles you play,

The habit of chronic contraction floats up toward the surface as you free yourself from the weight you've carried,

You and it moving in opposite directions.

You begin to enjoy the free fall of surrender,

Even though it feels uncomfortable,

Scary even.

Still,

You enjoy the feeling of being free of resistance,

Free of any tension and effort.

You notice the light moving further away as you experience the peace in the dark.

The fear you've befriended has also appeared to dissolve up toward the surface,

Noticing any tension or sensations in the body as you acknowledge this truth,

The truth of letting go.

Can you feel your center as you let go?

Take some time here and play with the feeling of letting go and being held.

You let go even more and enter the silence.

This silence is different than any silence you've experienced.

This silence is loud,

Actually.

It has a lot to say now that you are lighter,

Now that you've cleared some space.

You notice the tendency to contract and choose to open instead,

To hear what the silence has to say and you're enveloped in stillness,

Into space.

And here you are now,

Open and available,

Free from life's clutter and you smile,

Trusting that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Riding the rhythm of your breath to the beat of your heart,

Embrace the stillness here.

Feel into the peace available in the stillness.

Peace be still.

The vibration of spirit is at such an infinite rate of intensity and rapidity that it is practically at rest,

Just as a rapidly moving wheel seems to be motionless.

You with spirit in the stillness,

Resting,

Maybe you're feeling vulnerable and exposed without all that armor,

All that stuff that has kept you feeling protected,

Small,

Fearful and hiding.

That pain,

Those wounds that you cover up so well,

Those are the source that will magnetize the light through the cracks and the imperfections,

Light shines through.

The light that shines the way through your expansion,

Your brilliance.

So gather your wounds and tend to them tenderly.

They have medicine to offer,

Open and receive.

Taking a deep breath,

Relaxing into the spaciousness,

This void,

This no thingness that contains everything.

This vast shadow where your light is revealed,

Where your gifts and your joy are waiting.

Those sensations are present in your body now as you feel into the space you've created.

What truth is here now that you can see clearly?

Seeing into darkness is clarity,

Knowing how to yield is strength.

Choose your own light and return to the source of light.

This is called practicing eternity.

Feel into the sacredness of this moment,

This moment of honoring yourself,

Of embracing your light,

Watching and feeling the light within you growing.

You lit up from the inside out,

Saying out loud or silently to yourself,

I am.

Connecting to the abundance of the all,

The infinite,

Receiving light from all directions of space and time,

Unifying with yours as yours.

This light is limitless,

Boundless.

What if this is love?

What if this is what love feels like at the deepest level?

Nothing to hold,

Grasp or cling to,

Not a feeling at all,

But an experience of expansion that touches everything,

That is everything,

That is everywhere.

All things issue from it,

All things return to it,

Perfectly fulfilled.

Your heart often knows things before your mind does.

Our mind wants to contain,

But love,

Love is not containable,

It's not limited or limiting.

The mind will never be your conduit to love,

You are the conduit,

As above,

So below.

You are the channel that love expresses in,

Through and as.

You can't know it,

But you can be it.

So be love,

With love,

As love.

You are love.

I heard a song lyric that said,

Don't let your mind keep your heart from loving.

So know that love is never leaving.

Embody this truth,

Invite every cell in your body to drink love in,

Without restriction,

Without limitation.

Let this be your blessing,

And let the overflow bless all who you cross paths with.

Love is not dependent on any person or any circumstance,

Love does not come from anywhere.

Love is,

Love is.

Feel into the isness that is love and live as the love that you are.

This is your home frequency,

Remember?

The return to love is a reminder for the mind.

The practice is for the mind.

The body already remembers you are already and always home.

So return again and again.

Let your body and your heart lead you back home whenever the mind forgets.

With your hands in prayer,

Or on your heart,

Affirming for yourself,

Once again,

I am home.

May I remember that I am.
